Love the concept of a tractor meal especially with the little oven. We always had sandwiches or stuff that was just cold out of a cooler lunch box. Warm home made meals would have been nice. Great work! Love the video content you share. You have a new subscriber!👍🏼

I love it that you are just doing what you want with all this, with your channel and your public life, its cool to get to know you from afar. You are really a rare kind of person in the world today, weather you really can understand that or not, you seem like an innately good person, you have attracted all these people for so much more than your outer beauty alone. I have a feeling, if I made my own hotpockets, they would come out of the oven looking like an edible nightmare, yours looked amazing when you pulled them out!!! Bravo Erin!

DE-LI-CIOUS!! Thank you so much for this recipe!
I´ll leave the ingredients I used in case somebody finds it useful:
    - 2 table spoons of butter or 30gr
    - 3/4 table spoons of white flour
    - 1 big cup of milk
    - 1 cup of grated cheese (goat cheese and cheddar are great)
    - 1 small broccoli
    - 1 chicken breast
    - Croissant pastry for 8 croissants

Erin, I just found your channel yesterday (October 6, 2020) and have enjoyed several of your videos. I did not grow up on a farm; however, our family had a farm in southwest Missouri. Watching the videos of the soybean head maintenance and your Tractor Oven Meals brings back some very fond memories. Last week I was out in Wyoming on an antelope hunt on my childhood friends ranch and had a blast surveying his property and taking in all of the wildlife. In a few years I pan on retiring and getting a ranch in Wyoming and enjoying cutting, raking and baling hay. Of course, having abundant wildlife to hunt will make it just that better! Good luck in your adventures!

I thought this was a farming channel not a cooking channel! I grew up on a farm in NW Indiana and I can tell you farmers LIKE TO EAT. It is not unusual to work 10-12 hours a day. I used to help my brother during harvest and his wife would bring me two meals and a snack each day. Before we left in the morning, we would discuss what we wanted for dinner which was around 9:00 pm. Keep cooking!! That is part of farming.

Few suggestions for variety, agree garlic is a must, try some cayenne pepper, chili powder, dried basil, or dried oregano. Can combine the seasonings too. Mix your vegetables, cauliflower, mushrooms, egg plant. So darn many variables to text out, enjoy the adventure!!

Love your videos, keep up the great work. I too like Naturday and my kids give me grief for it:)
Here is your recipe for people to use (hopefully I got it right):
2 tubes Pillsbury crescent roll dough
    Can of shredded chicken
2 cups cheesy melt shredded cheese
    1 stalk broccoli
    2 tbl butter
    2/3 cup Milk
    Flour to make roux
    Salt pepper
    Garlic powder (or fresh)
2 tubes of dough makes 8 hot pockets
    Heat oven to 375 degrees
Heat butter in pan on med heat and add flour to make roux. Turn to low and add 2/3 cup milk and 2 cups cheese. Stir till creamy.
Chop broccoli into bite size pieces. Microwave 3-4 min till tender but not too soft.
Mix chicken, broccoli and cheese sauce together and spoon into dough. Season to taste with salt, pepper and garlic salt. Place 2 dough triangles on baking sheet to make each pocket. Spoon filling into dough pocket and seal pocket. Use water around edge of pockets to help seal and pinch them closed with fork. Cut slit in top to vent.
Bake at 375 for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
