Cool.. I did that short hike from RBC Plaza to Union Station on the daily for a decade... and sooooo glad I no longer do. I do still head to Union for the Via trains to visit family. Will enjoy watching the rest of the vid later.

I visited Toronto back in 2017! I flew from Finland. What a lovely city and lovely people! One of my favorite overseas trips ever. Thank you, Canada! From your brother, Finland! If I ever watch hockey again - not a big fan though, sorry (sue me, heh) - I promise to cheer for you when you face Finland the next time in an ice hockey world championship game ;) "Eh!" 🇨🇦🇫🇮
Well, hockey isn't the only Canadian sport out there. Baseball, (North American) football, basketball, lacrosse. All of them were either first played in Canada and/or have Canadian origins.

Thanks -- honestly I'm shocked too. I always see people with these overly complicated (and expensive) set ups and to be fair I don't see much difference in quality.
It's been a very long time since I was in Toronto. This brought back some wonderful memories, and in such a crystal clear video. Well done. I have to ask, what camera were you using? I've seen many walk around videos from people using a GoPro to a DJI Osmo Pocket, but this has to be something of much higher quality. Again, well done.
Glad you enjoyed it! Also I just do this with my iPhone 12 -- cannot beat a standard Apple device, no need for Pro or anything.

I worked right there for 27 years. It was a beautiful place. The entire area was jacket and tie only. The irony is, more than any other, this place led the push for economic globalization. That pretty much destroyed small town Ontario. It is easy to see how they prospered at the expense of everyone else. Take a ride into northern Ontario and count the number of retail businesses that have disappeared never to return.
Life is like the game Monopoly where you have a winner and everyone else is a loser and when the game is over all the pieces go back in the box until next game. The game ended some time ago and now we are in the putting the pieces back in the box phase until the next game. As they say when the bankers suck you dry they throw you out like the trash.
