Indescribable, especially if it's an unexpected crit that shifts the whole balance of power. The noise from a critical attack and the horn announcing the arrival of your imminent victory...
I was in the well fighting the queen spider and her children. I was out numbered and struggling to keep party alive till I used a fog spell and had Astarion sneak up and landed a critical strike. The music kicked in and the battle had shifted to my favor. That is when I fell in love with the game.
I fell in love with it when I left Shadowheart's xenophobic ass on the Nautiloid, saw her on the beach in passing, didn't recruit her at the Emerald Grove, and - a cutscene happened in the Gobbo Camp. It was _SO_ organic! 😍
I really should get back playing that, Im still on the island part, I think the part I left is when we are supposed to find the ship and get on it, but Alexander or something is outside hanging around it?

The sound is great, it gives me things in my body when I'm in the submarine rescuing the hostages and the duke while you have the turn counter, the pressure and the emotion with the music
I really like how the verbal component of the spells are represented. It’s just never brought up in my table’s games, and this got me inspired to introduce them.
Combat starts. Karlach uses reckless attack and immediately kills some poor nearby sap. This music kicks in right when she uses frenzied rage. Everyone else from that point forward is fucked.
The music that plays when you save Rugan and Olly from the gnolls...when you slaughter the paladins of Tyr to save Karlach...this song hits so hard. I love it.
Spoilers for act 3: When this song played for me during the escape from the iron throne, its the most blood pumping moment i had in the game. Felt saving all the gondian hostages and duke ravengard more epic.
Oh God I was about to comment this! One of the best battles in game. The tension and anxiety kicks in when Mizora joins the fight with those annoying ass spiders. It was soooo rewarding when you manage to save everyone. This game is pure gold.
it'll always be funny when basic combat themes go hard, they either play during the hard-fought iron throne escape, or when clearing out rats in a wine cellar.
This song felt so epic doing the house of grief fight…with the odds against us, I had shadowheart use sunder the heretical while in a globe of invulnerability on tactician…wiped out so many
I can't believe it took me so long to try it out! I'm at 80 hours right now and havent finish act 3! This game reminds me so much of KOTOR is crazy how i like it. I havent finish and already thinking about my next playthrough 😆 edit: 300hours later lol
I don't think this track is found in Borislav's official playlist on TH-cam. I've listened to the ost many times and can't recall hearing this one after switching to it post-release. Could be wrong though.
Love your work so far! Are you planning on uploading the music played on the Nautiloid? That moment where we go through the hole in the ship to see Avernus?
If hearing this doesn't make you feel like you want to grab a sword and shield and enters the battle along with the characters to fend off a Githyanki army you're already dead inside.
I've listened to this track on repeat unhealthy amount of times...
we need extended version
This track is nice when you and the gang stands high up with range advantages and starts blasting.
me and the boys about to incandis some fools
Of all the battle themes, this is the one that got stuck in my head the most.
Cuz this music embodies the spirit of indomitable justice, like finding hope in a critical moment, like a beam of light in the darkness.

the moment when all my squad having 2 or 3 hp and one of them roll a critical hit. XD

Why the fuck isn’t this track on the Spotify album?? Easily one of the best pieces in the game.
I love this track so much. Couldn't believe it's not on the OST. Thank you @TheMusicMarks.
I know why. Sadism. Lol.
I imagine it’s coming in another release as they just released an EP. This track is definitely worth the surprise in the game
If “WE ARE SO BACK 🗣️🗣️🔥🔥‼️‼️” was a theme
When I landed a critical hit that took down one of those Githyanki patrol. The transtition to this theme was pure genious!!
This the theme for when me and Astarion were sniping the whole Goblin camp down while they were missing every shot.
Nice
Taking down those ladders is clutch
3:09 - This is my "RALLY MY FRIENDS, THE TIDE SHIFTS NOW!' moment from the song.
I can hear a LOT of Divinity 2 in this. Boris doing bangers, as always.
The orchestral hit just after 0:33 is a huge one
boris just has this way of making the player feel heroic
glad i'm not the only one

This music plays when you get the upper hand after defeating a powerful opponent
When you start the fight by hurling your Returning Pike into one of guards at full health, and it's a critical hit and instantly kills them
