Carn, this is one of the most well spoken, well detailed, FUN, PoE build guides I've ever seen. Your dedication, passion, and knowledge of the game is fantastic. Warrior was my least favorite class at the start of PoE 2 but now it's my fav. Cheers to you brotha, all the best to you in 2025
Titan can do this while trading a support gem socket for the pin gem, which makes the warcry never stun, and therefore not have a cooldown. The corpse explosion can partially be made up for by equipping the deidbell helm for clearing. You won't be able to spam the 2nd warcry for rage, but this can be made up for in other ways. The 50% bonus for small passives, 15% more life, and 50% more armour from chest can somewhat make up for not having the block passives, provide more dot damage, and possibly do the same single target. It might be better, not as good, almost the same, whatever, but this is some info for people that have titans and don't want to reroll a new character to play warbringer.
I was calculating on tree that Titan could get 258%? cooldown for warcries if they grabbed every single one, then maybe with temporalis for -4 cd lol would be silly. But then if you run in parties a chrono blocker could grant you their block

I'm leap slamming into breaches and clearing the screen easily, but when I try to perfect strike, I take lots of damage and not blocking at all. How to fix? Edit: So I got more HP, a 2nd Svalin for my weaponswap, I'm clearing the mobs around the rare before I charge the perfect strike, and I'm using a potion preemptively while charging. It's working well.
I leveled a warrior now. Started using warcry at like 41. Am now 75 and started doing VIII maps. Bosses die in 1 or 2 hits. Things can't really hurt me and it's especially easy when you have enemies swarming you in breaches and rituals. However, I don't have the currency for the chest and shied. Bought the Xoph amulet and the helm that gives +15% strength for 1 exo each. Rest is strength and resistances. Only at 2.7k life and 650 str curently because stuff with +life, str and resistances costs divines. But it's fun. Decent clear speed. I hope to have the currecny soon to get chest and shield. Also need to do 3rd and 4th ascendency. Keep the guides coming. I like your detailed explanations and showcase. What do you think will be the easiest warrior build to equip for farming once we start in fresh league when game leaves early access?
Thanks for another detailed and clear guide. Kriparian says that the formula for calculating armor is almost copied from poe1, but in poe2 armor works even worse, the stronger the physical hit the smaller percentage of damage the armor will prevent. Also the difference between 5k armor and 10k armor is almost indistinguishable. It seems like armor is almost useless in poe2. Glad warriors at least have Svalinn shield. I notice lately that a lot of warriors left armor and switching to energy shield and reducing physical damage, what are your thoughts on this? Unfortunately I couldn't find any good guides for a warrior with an energy shield, maybe you should give it a try. I usually hear from you that health regenerates easier than shield, but it seems shields regenerate quickly even during combat, and mages don't have a problem with that.
I think that if you just do a low investment (~20k armour) and add very high amount of max res, that combination can get you very tanky. Armour is not great, but not useless

Dang this is a better build then most ive tried so far, btw on the perfect strike f the gem that reduce aoe size and add dmg, its giving me issues with rare mobs and bosses with slow aura, a little smack left n right you will miss lol. Also plz can u mention where u are getting ur rage stacks from?

It's definitely strong and I can see the potential, but I hit a brick wall with survivability at t16 maps (I don't have Svallin or Turtle Charm yet) and have been struggling to break through. Hey man! Great build. Made me pickup my abandoned warbringer again and give it another go. My only question/issue I’ve been having is getting perfect strike off on rares (and some bosses). The only times I’ve died is when I weapon swap for perfect strike because I can no longer block of course so just curious if you have any additional tips or anything to make it work more smoothly for killing rares as general clear and bossing is great. Most rares have enough mobs close to just use earth shatter/corpse explosions but when they’re single target only perfect strike will just often kill me even if I try to time it around AoEs etc.

I thought about that when I played a titan/ingnite build but never used it. Maybe we can do zoomies too with a blockchance like in this build.
I ran into someone in campaign using this build and they were awesome, I wanted to know more about their build it was working really well even with the less monster density (this was in cruel) so I still think you should do a leveling guide. Because it made me want to level as it too lol. He had insane damage but was also acting like the tank, bullying all the monsters into the walls and corners they couldn't move while we hosed them lol Imagine if you ran with a chrono block partner with merit shield, you could drop all your block chance nodes and put in even more qol or damage since they're granting you over 97% lucky block lol

Been waiting on this one! This looks so sick, I'm definitely going to spec into this. I'm a Level 75 Warrior, with 4 ascendency points, and decent gear. That leveling video would be helpful but I feel that I could make the switch right away, but of course with only 3 link gems for the most part. Could I pretty smoothly transition into this build and get things going with that?
For Swallin cast on Block its bugged: you need to get the int once, slot stuff in and then you can respec again and itll still work as youve kept your int..dunnow if its intended like this and maybe never should have had requirements

Hi man! its a great build)) i'm run on the map like train and hit bosses like a truck =D. For the amulet passive... maybe need try to pick up one 2h mace with Giant Blood with a Shield for the bonus to damage per block chance x2 ? but need some changes in a tree 🤔
Love the build and enjoying it. Why is Infernal Cry wiping mobs faster than Seismic Cry though? I rarely use Seismic anymore because Infernal wipes the screen in two clicks.
Great build. Only issue Ive been having is perfect strike is so slow that I need to time it out perfectly because feel so vulnerable while doing it. Its the only time im dying is when I put the shield away to pop a rare or boss. Might just put a shield on for it because im just paper with the two weaps out.

nice build brother ty for the sauce happy new year, one question do you use a 1hander and shield for the warcry speed/attackspeed instead of a 2hander? also 100% correct of the gear i have svalin for 1 divine with 12% - block and morriors with +life and +resist for 1 divne as well was all my divines but def worth it am currently on a stampede armor break explosion with hammer of the gods but i think i am gona swap to yours it seems much safer cant count the times stampede got me killed in this game haha

Hey, thank you for sharing this guide with us. I had followed your talent built path for weapon set I and II, and for weapon set II i'm left with 4 points and I don't know how to optimize. On your route its an attribute node + Internal Bleeding cluster which is 50% increase empowered attack damage. The other option for the 4 points would be Burning nature cluster 54% fire damage and 15% ignite duration... Know I dont understand exactly how perfect strike dmg works as I havent used it until I saw your build.
Titan here. Quick question: If I'm currently running Giants Blood with a shield, should i incorporate the Morior Invictus Grand Regalia? (I'm modeling your previous Titan build)
The Perfect Strike timing does change. I tried to use it with a dual-wield build that attacked very fast, and I found it nearly impossible to reliably trigger Perfect Strike - the increased attack speed reduced the Perfect Timing window to the point where it was unusable. This was last week, so it's possibly been patched.
Any thoughts on a gemling merc "warrior" build? I started a merc but couldn't find a decent xbow but I found a nice 2h hammer and started throwing magma balls around. 80 lvls later and I'm using 2h hammer and shield, throwing fireballs around and doing fine. The ascendancy nodes of the gemling merc go well with the 2h hammer. Was happy to find your build as I was lvling because there was no other builds for magma and I was able to integrate the important nodes from your builds into mine. I'm currently leveling a titan warrior to fully experience your build but it seems like gemling merc is actually tankier than the warrior.
question for you - what is actually doing the clear? is it infernal cry explosion? or is it just the ascendancy blowing up the corpses - the corpse explosion, does it scale with area? (generic not with attacks)
Awesome build. I was curious how much of the builds relies on the ascendancy corpse explosions for clear dmg, for example in simulacrums there are no corpses so would ur build struggle to do those? Am curious if it is possible to give a sim demonstration. Thanks!
Ignite magnitude is very very important my clear speed is great but st is terrible rn because I can’t find any ruby with ignite magnitude, but build has changed my gameplay been running t 16 not even looking at the modifiers great build man 👍

Hey carnarius, do u know if rage boosts the corrupting cry dmg? I noticed it boosting it but rage gives "more attack damage", and the nodes for more attack damage on the tree don't boost corrupting cry damage so I was wondering

I've bene using the version with a sceptre and I'll be honest it's rough getting the first mob to die to start the chain sometimes. Just came back to watch ur breach and I feel like I should try using a mace with earthshatter to start chains
I have around 4000hp and im pretty fine.. but sometimes im getting oneshoted by physical damage. Especially when trying to perfect strike and something hits me... Any idea how to solve it? I felt safer without Invictus.. but it give some much strenght.. thats hard to pass on.
I found error in your build on mobalytics, in jewels tab you say there "High budget - Against the Darkness with 1% increased maximum life per small node and 4% increased maximum life per notable, allocate it to the right of Urgent Call notable", I think it should be 4% increased strength
Because of this video I just started to lvl up second war, 1st is 92 Totems titan, preety strong but squishy. I was lvling a Spark too, got to 36lvl, and I switched to warrior to do this build.
I am missing the Chest Piece and my Seismic Cry isnt dealing as much Damage as yours. Does the Dmg scale with HP and Strenght? So the Chest is kinda mandatory? I just finished campaign and wanted to get going. Cannot do higher then T5 actually. So I wanted to know and get some Insight on what to change to get more DMG on my Warcry. =) Like my average Damage is lower and my Corrupting Blood also. Does Corrupting Blood affects total or average Dmg? Because my Weapon has 440 phys DPS and i am at 411 Strenght.
Hey, thanks for the build, i've been replicating it from your streams for the last couple days, just a quick question regarding weapons, i'm currently with a 750ish dps 2 hander, not doing any weapon swap, it's missing both +melee skills(wich I know is a very big deal) and ele damage%, how important is that ele mod? I'm not sure how impactful it is and not been able to find reliable info on it since we don't have PoB yet.
Was running a seismic cry build warbringer with the totem weapon swap. Didn't really like how vulnerable I was with the swap and felt a little clunky. I think this build looks a lot more solid overall, and may respec my warbringer into it and give it a shot. Do you think it's worth trying to integrate some of the ES stuff that Kripp shared on his ES > Armor video on a Titan using ghost shroud?
What about node that converts armour to ES? I see that your almost immortal, but I think you can invest more to AoE or Dmg nodes and remove some Str+ node in the middle.
I've tried some Warbringer Cast on block stuff and the ability itself is pretty bad. The big "Meta Skill Nerf Patch" gutted it. The enemies power rating determines how much energy you gain so regular trash mobs take AGES to proc a spell. On bosses it can be good because they have enough power to proc a spell every hit but then again you can just blast them with literally anything else in the meantime. Maybe Templar will have some synergy with it but as of right now I wouldn't build into it.
I'm curious why not take the block node that grants +25% block chance on active block? I assume it's not worth stopping to raise your active shield. Is there a meta gem that could trigger active block automatically for you? I ask knowing this line of thought is probably a dead end.
i love your builds and build showcases, because i've ALWAYS preferred to build more tanky in poe. which is why i hate it when GGG constantly nerfs tankiness i love dps like anyone else, but you can't do any dps if you're dead - and dying in poe2 is even worse. so tankiness ftw
i'd like to add that every build i've done for warrior so far, i haven't needed a super expensive piece of gear, weapon, or jewels in order to clear t15 maps. they are obviously nice, and MAY become more necessary for uber bosses (haven't done any yet) but they are completely not required to get to end game maps and just clear maps. as you clear maps you will get currency and you will eventually be able to afford the big ticket items to fully optimize a build - but that comes with time and investment, like every build does, and should.
Wpadłem na pomysł jak zrobić ten build praktycznie nieśmiertelny. Wystarczy mieć na jewelach oprócz increased area of effect, kolejną rzeczą której szukamy to recover 2% life on kill. Mamy już 4 % on kill ze gemu cannibalism, dodamy jeszcze 3 takie i mamy 10% life on kill ! Ponieważ nasza postać często zabija moby seismic cry z małym opóźnieniem przy użyciu corrupted blood (czesto zostają gdzieś wypchane konockbackiem dalej) to mamy na mapach praktycznie co sekundę recover 10% life, jak dla mnie to jest mega, zwłaszcza jak ktoś nie ma jeszcze wypasionych itemów
Totem builds lack defense because you need two +7 weapons to get insane damage, and cannot make use of turtle charm. Sure you can do weapon swap +7, but you are vulnerable each time you place totems. And if you play with level 33 instead of level 40 totems, the damage difference is more than double. Damagewise, if you watch palsteron, a totem can deal up to 3-4 mil damage per cast, but that's about it.
@@kelshake thats not the case , the build uses a second weapon set to cast the totems and svalin on the main set. It is actually tankier because it uses a sceptre on the main set which allows the build to get extra auras like blasphemy with enfeeble.

You can likely find an updated spreadsheet for armour mitigation for poe2. It's much worse than in poe1, but will hopefully catch a buff soon

Not that good, it doesn't have a cooldown so you can reapply anytime

Yea you can absolutely kill bosses without weapon swapping

nice build brother ty for the sauce happy new year, one question do you use a 1hander and shield for the warcry speed/attackspeed instead of a 2hander? also 100% correct of the gear i have svalin for 1 divine with 12% - block and morriors with +life and +resist for 1 divne as well was all my divines but def worth it am currently on a stampede armor break explosion with hammer of the gods but i think i am gona swap to yours it seems much safer cant count the times stampede got me killed in this game haha

Hey, thank you for sharing this guide with us. I had followed your talent built path for weapon set I and II, and for weapon set II i'm left with 4 points and I don't know how to optimize. On your route its an attribute node + Internal Bleeding cluster which is 50% increase empowered attack damage. The other option for the 4 points would be Burning nature cluster 54% fire damage and 15% ignite duration... Know I dont understand exactly how perfect strike dmg works as I havent used it until I saw your build.
We are scaling ignite, so going for burning nature is fine, at the cost of 1 extra skill point

Titan here. Quick question: If I'm currently running Giants Blood with a shield, should i incorporate the Morior Invictus Grand Regalia? (I'm modeling your previous Titan build)
The Perfect Strike timing does change. I tried to use it with a dual-wield build that attacked very fast, and I found it nearly impossible to reliably trigger Perfect Strike - the increased attack speed reduced the Perfect Timing window to the point where it was unusable. This was last week, so it's possibly been patched.
Any thoughts on a gemling merc "warrior" build? I started a merc but couldn't find a decent xbow but I found a nice 2h hammer and started throwing magma balls around. 80 lvls later and I'm using 2h hammer and shield, throwing fireballs around and doing fine. The ascendancy nodes of the gemling merc go well with the 2h hammer. Was happy to find your build as I was lvling because there was no other builds for magma and I was able to integrate the important nodes from your builds into mine. I'm currently leveling a titan warrior to fully experience your build but it seems like gemling merc is actually tankier than the warrior.

question for you - what is actually doing the clear? is it infernal cry explosion? or is it just the ascendancy blowing up the corpses - the corpse explosion, does it scale with area? (generic not with attacks)
It's mostly the ascendancy and yes, it scales with area
Awesome build. I was curious how much of the builds relies on the ascendancy corpse explosions for clear dmg, for example in simulacrums there are no corpses so would ur build struggle to do those? Am curious if it is possible to give a sim demonstration.

Ignite magnitude is very very important my clear speed is great but st is terrible rn because I can’t find any ruby with ignite magnitude, but build has changed my gameplay been running t 16 not even looking at the modifiers great build man 👍

@@Carnarius_v2 Sweet makes me feel better about my current level then. How do you get perfect strike to 28? I'm still missing a lot of damage and all I can identify is 1) my ring needs flat fire / % fire and 2) your PS is 28. (looking just at 1 hander + shield, I can't afford your 2h yet)

Hey carnarius, do u know if rage boosts the corrupting cry dmg? I noticed it boosting it but rage gives "more attack damage", and the nodes for more attack damage on the tree don't boost corrupting cry damage so I was wondering

I've bene using the version with a sceptre and I'll be honest it's rough getting the first mob to die to start the chain sometimes. Just came back to watch ur breach and I feel like I should try using a mace with earthshatter to start chains

Because your perfect strike start doing MUCH more damage, you can keep 2h and shield if you need more defence
Crazy build, however, how long will this build be sustainable assuming Seismic Cry cooldown is bugged (or skill description is wrong)?
There are no bugs here, we have no cooldowns on warcries because we play warbringer

I found error in your build on mobalytics, in jewels tab you say there "High budget - Against the Darkness with 1% increased maximum life per small node and 4% increased maximum life per notable, allocate it to the right of Urgent Call notable", I think it should be 4% increased strength

Been running the shield blocks grant 1% move speed stacking for 10 seconds on my necklace
Because of this video I just started to lvl up second war, 1st is 92 Totems titan, preety strong but squishy.
I was lvling a Spark too, got to 36lvl, and I switched to warrior to do this build.
I am missing the Chest Piece and my Seismic Cry isnt dealing as much Damage as yours.

Hey, thanks for the build, i've been replicating it from your streams for the last couple days, just a quick question regarding weapons, i'm currently with a 750ish dps 2 hander, not doing any weapon swap, it's missing both +melee skills(wich I know is a very big deal) and ele damage%, how important is that ele mod? I'm not sure how impactful it is and not been able to find reliable info on it since we don't have PoB yet.
It's important but not as important as +melee

Was running a seismic cry build warbringer with the totem weapon swap. Didn't really like how vulnerable I was with the swap and felt a little clunky. I think this build looks a lot more solid overall, and may respec my warbringer into it and give it a shot.
Do you think it's worth trying to integrate some of the ES stuff that Kripp shared on his ES > Armor video on a Titan using ghost shroud?

What about node that converts armour to ES? I see that your almost immortal, but I think you can invest more to AoE or Dmg nodes and remove some Str+ node in the middle.

I've tried some Warbringer Cast on block stuff and the ability itself is pretty bad. The big "Meta Skill Nerf Patch" gutted it. The enemies power rating determines how much energy you gain so regular trash mobs take AGES to proc a spell. On bosses it can be good because they have enough power to proc a spell every hit but then again you can just blast them with literally anything else in the meantime. Maybe Templar will have some synergy with it but as of right now I wouldn't build into it.

I assume it's not worth stopping to raise your active shield. Is there a meta gem that could trigger active block automatically for you? I ask knowing this line of thought is probably a dead end.

i love your builds and build showcases, because i've ALWAYS preferred to build more tanky in poe. which is why i hate it when GGG constantly nerfs tankiness
i love dps like anyone else, but you can't do any dps if you're dead - and dying in poe2 is even worse. so tankiness ftw
i'd like to add that every build i've done for warrior so far, i haven't needed a super expensive piece of gear, weapon, or jewels in order to clear t15 maps. they are obviously nice, and MAY become more necessary for uber bosses (haven't done any yet) but they are completely not required to get to end game maps and just clear maps.
as you clear maps you will get currency and you will eventually be able to afford the big ticket items to fully optimize a build - but that comes with time and investment, like every build does, and should.
How do you gain rage again , i destroy everything but my rage always seems to be zero.
Wpadłem na pomysł jak zrobić ten build praktycznie nieśmiertelny. Wystarczy mieć na jewelach oprócz increased area of effect, kolejną rzeczą której szukamy to recover 2% life on kill. Mamy już 4 % on kill ze gemu cannibalism, dodamy jeszcze 3 takie i mamy 10% life on kill ! Ponieważ nasza postać często zabija moby seismic cry z małym opóźnieniem przy użyciu corrupted blood (czesto zostają gdzieś wypchane konockbackiem dalej) to mamy na mapach praktycznie co sekundę recover 10% life, jak dla mnie to jest mega, zwłaszcza jak ktoś nie ma jeszcze wypasionych itemów

I'm not sure how how it does, but i will be doing around 15-20m dmg per hit, fully optimized
Totem builds lack defense because you need two +7 weapons to get insane damage, and cannot make use of turtle charm. Sure you can do weapon swap +7, but you are vulnerable each time you place totems. And if you play with level 33 instead of level 40 totems, the damage difference is more than double. Damagewise, if you watch palsteron, a totem can deal up to 3-4 mil damage per cast, but that's about it.
@@kelshake thats not the case , the build uses a second weapon set to cast the totems and svalin on the main set. It is actually tankier because it uses a sceptre on the main set which allows the build to get extra auras like blasphemy with enfeeble.
Why am I only generating rage during boss fights? It won't generate rage when I'm clearing packs. Please help
It generates rage depending on the nearby monster power. You don't really need rage while clearing though
