Dave is going to be a real threat. He was super fast in a car shaped like a brick and built for street racing, he'll be super fast in the purpose built car. Shawn and Lutz should do good as well.
If you call making it to the finals of the great 8, winning a few great 8’s, and not winning one event the past 5 seasons a threat…..then Ryan is going to be just fine. Dave does well on the same day of racing like the great 8, gets the tune right and doesn’t have to change it bc it’s all the same day/night. Where the event itself is 2-3 days if you make the rounds, weather and track both change which causes tunes to change, and that’s where he fails. It’s facts. Dave with a new car, same results. Shawn? LMAO, Shawn won’t do crap as he hasn’t the past five seasons. Lutz will be competitive. There is one true threat, Kye Kelly, and he has to get his teammates to lose races against him to even get close. There are no threats until one proves themselves consistently.

Kayla and Jim Howe winning towards the end of last season's NPK weren't getting their cars beat up with additional wear and tear from the great 8 races. So we'll see when they start racing double the amount they did last year.

We do it in big derbies guys will buy 3 spots take 3 cars and find ppl to run them if they make the feature and bring home the money pisses a lot of ppl off but I think if u take the time to build 3 cars u have earned the right
I bet turbo's are even better this year because the smaller tire will take less at the start of the run so it will negate some of the advantage the blower cars have on them down low.

Shawn definitely was most improved from this past season 6 to how the only thing he was consistent at was being inconsistent. Drastic 180 in season 6 of npk. Hopefully he can start season 7 with the same performance or better that he had in the second half of season 6. If he does he will be in the top 3.
Phantom has copied alot of what Shaun has done/does. Look at where the tattoos are, look at how they dress, painting toe nails, etc etc. That has always been how Shaun has been, phantom copied it.
