3:16 I appreciate how the guy in grey stayed at the ready with the fire extinguisher until the plane took off and not just during ignition. It's never wrong to be safe. Rock on!
I Certainly Have to Agree, that was a Beautiful Model and Flown lovely..The sound off the Pulse Jet is Just a Beautiful Sound on its own..Heard my 1st one in the 1980s and will Never Ever get tired off Hearing It..Best Regards,From Bonnie Scotland
You have to always admire a jet engine with only one moving part, great scale, amazing flying and seeing that recovery after engine failure after takeoff was epic

Awesome best RC show in a very long time. Makes me think these young men, are lost in the thought duty with fear control or this is just plain fun. Experimental airframe unreliable pulsejet one round I am toast but strap me in and let Valhalla know I am'a coming.
Did you see the improved Argus-104 pulsejets? It are in Homebuilt Aircraft and Kitplanes forum, coming from 'El motor de aviación de la A a la Z', Aeroteca, Barcelona.
beautiful. TOday i learned the Volksjager had a pulse jet, and how pulse jets sound. The flight was flawless, and buttered on the ground so good that nothing even rattled. Making a330 pilots mad.
they were never produced with pulse jets but were considered until they tested a smaller version that was still meant to house a pilot, and it could never gain enough thrust to take off
Engine Out glide looks very composed, smooth landings,.. Does it run full power the whole time, or can fuel flow be controlled to back off the power some?
I have a question... do you wait for the fuel to run out (and hope your timing is right for lining up to land) or do you have a fuel cutoff so that you can plan your landing? No go-arounds for this beautiful bird
Geiles Teil, Sound super. Aber mein Girl meckert............. dreh die Boose Anlage und Verstârker Anlage runter....... weil ich die Wände wackeln ließ😂
Hm, I tried. From the onboard camera, the frequency is 101Hz. @4:08 it looks like it is travelling directly towards the cameraman and then, the frequency is 146Hz. That would equate to a speed of 105,78m/s but it seems to me that 564km/h seems way too high, or?
The noise alone could cause structural issues in the airframe and the pilot could find it difficult to operate because he could be deafened. I don’t think the engine had a throttle as such. It was started and all that was available was full throttle. Not very practical. The whole aircraft was born from desperation and a perceived need to fill the sky with hundreds of cheap and easily built fighters. They lost touch with reality and put too much faith into unrealistic grand projects. They achieved remarkable progress in building the aircraft in a surprising quantity but the adhesive used in the original design was unavailable because the RAF destroyed the factory that made it and the substitute adhesive was not suitable for the application. The aircraft was prone to break up in flight. This pulse jet powered version of the HE162 was a paper project only and was never built.

エンジンが止まったあと、無音で滑空してる時に小鳥のさえずりがBGMになってて和んだ😊
I can tell how good of an RC pilot a man is by his landings and that man is a very good RC pilot!!!
agreed 100%
Without a doubt the best, and well flown Pulse jet powered model i've ever seen...
The engine sounds extremely well balanced

Loved watching it fly. Especially the final non powered landing ❤
Some old guy in his house hearing the noise getting flashbacks XD
In England, not in Germany… and it’s when the sound quits that they freak.
Old age home across the field
@@mblaber2000those namby pambies in England probably outlawed model pulsejets
Engine started right up! Fantastic!!! Thank you
Magnificent flight, and better landing.
Amazing aircraft, flying, and camera work! def got to be one of the best rc videos i've seen in a long while!
Terrific flyer and what a brute of an engine!

😎👍👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Beautiful model and perfect handling, rather ominous sound of that pulse jet engine under power and then silence!
"I loved the performance. You fetched very well; You must be an ace pilot." 👍
A great job, hard work & expense have gone into this lovely model. It is appreciated I am sure by everyone. bob lowe uk
Perfect
Impresonante el empuje del motor!!
Felicitaciones
Awesome kit, big money for sure, flies above my skill level. Powerful engine for sure, groovy landing bro.😎👍
Stunning machine and stunning flying! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Wonderful. Extraordinary build and a very very fast flight.
Tolles Video, schöne Aufnahmen, und super geflogen.
That's cool

Amazing flight, great video , Russ from Action RC channel
That was fantastic what an amazing build. Congratulations
a sound the brittish get nightmares
This one didn't make it over the English channel
That thing is the coolest thing ever!!’
Rated! I want one. Excellent job. Bitte nach Berlin schicken 😊 Geld wartet.
That was magnificent 👌
Wow! That engine has a nice sound. Great video.

Thanks for showing this & its pj parts.

bravo
He landed it like butter.
Imagine if Fuhrer saw this man flying his rc in 1910 😍
did you intend for that date to make no sense???
At this time, he didnt know he will be the "fuhrer..." freak
Greetings from Australia ❤ this was really fun to watch ! Thanks 🙏
That thing is fast!
*SUPER .... "V1" .. IN 2024 .. KAUM ZU GLAUBEN ..*
*GREAT MISTER*
Absolutely genius!
Pulse jet ❤❤❤
Wunderbar!😊
It's not a Salamander model. It's just a rebuilt V-1 :)
Next you build the real full size aircraft and fly it.
Amazing work chaps.
Wie geil ist das dennn ?? 💪👍
Wow das klingt richtig schön dumpf.
good job..
Super Video 👍, geiler Sound 👍
Awesome❤
Sehr geile Sache

that sound as its coming towards you is the last sound some people ever heard, albeit a lot deeper sounding
Very, very few, if any.
Fantastisch
I love it!

Soooo süüüüüsss, wie sie sich Startwagen usw bauen.
Bravo!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Great idea and very good job to put a pulse jet on He 162. You should tryied to bild a Me 328. Scale 1?
Офигеть.
Would be fun with FPV
O aero voa muito bem, parabéns, saberia me informar o valor do pulso jato?

Nice
Amazing !!!!
Does the thrust increase with speed? So would you overspeed the turbine before the frame?
Uncle A Dolfs secret weopon 😂
That little engine sounds like an old warbird

God damn
🎉
❤
Please used turbine Jetcat
You could use the doppler shift to work out what speed it was traveling at

Der Volksjäger
🤘 geil 😂
Any estimate of maximum speed?
hat die nicht ein BMW-003-Strahltriebwerk als antrieb im orginale
richtig, das pulso Triebwerk war als Alternative geplant und als Zeichnung entworfen, ist aber nie geflogen
What ifs are rattling in my brain...
Yee-Haw says it all!
Why were pulsejets never really utilized in ww2 other than in the v1

@@dave13dc thats kinda what i thought but ive never been near one running in person.
Why Jet engine sound like motorcycle?
The perfect combat drone. most importantly very cheap
From 1940, 20 century, to modern warfire. It's so ironic
@@valentinloginoff There were no guidance and aiming systems back then. And the laws of physics are always the same.
Bonkers... but trés cool....

Just might be a noisy, though. 🤔
