Very Good for even a learner at 65 like me. Due to career and busy work life people like me have ignored the basic dharmic life of a Born Brahmin. This will help us at least over come that guilt in our life.

As told by others, it is not only for Brahmins. It is for those who seek Brahma. One who seek Brahama is called Brahmin and not a Brahmin by birth. Lord will never punish anyone who spreads Divinity which is present in every Jeva. This is 100% True. Keep doing these service to the Humanity and sure you will be akin to the Lord Himself.

This I much I can tell after 35 years of experience and 18 years of negligence out of ignorance. I confess for that and I experienced trials tribulations. Results r amazing. My daughter was selected by her bridegroom that is my son in law and marriage was conducted 22cyears back. My son not studying properly atlast came to line and completed MCA and now in abroad and succeeded MBA and married to our coice andboth r working. Both son and daughter r having two daughters each. I retired happily after 39 years of service with pension. So mission is fulfilled. Thank you Mother Gayatri. I visited abroad 5 times with my wife. More amazing my mother lived 90 years and she joined majority in 2019 May after my retirement after 8 years she saw third generation.😁🙏🙏🙏🙏

Easy to brush up even after decades of non performance of Sandhya. Just buy a book from Giri Traders. It provides Sanskrit and English transliteration for the essentials of Sandhya. Lord Krishna clearly says that all of us need to do our Nitya, Naimitya Karma in line with our Varnashrama Dharma. My Distance Guru tells me that this is required to be done by the first three Varnashrama. The last is EXEMPT as they serve others.
I got my poondle last year and i am learning under the guidance of my grandfather😢😢 now even though i leant all the mantras i cant recite them again i keep forgetting them because i dont have time to do them 😢😢 now today i started doing sandhyavandanam when i forgot my abhivadaye thats why i came here. Pooja without sandhyavandanam has no meaning, this is the most sacred of all rituals. This is enough, equal to many hundreds of poojas you do. I am a Janau dhari, never performed Sandhya vandanam. Started many years after my marriage. I feel so sober and calm, without the morning sandhyavandanam prayer, I feel so incomplete. The pranayama has opened my blocked nose which I wasn't aware of the health benefits. The Gayatri Mantra we chant is very powerful. It's a cleanser and makes you liberated from all your sins. Please embrace sanatana Dharma. Dont worry what others are doing. Please embrace without second thought. Adopt it with conviction, Parameshwara himself will stand by you in all difficulties to lead you and protect you.
Heyy! I was the one who insulted this feat a few years back on the comments' section. I'd like to say that I regret, I've realized the true nature of Hindu Dharma and I'm a proud Brahmin. We need to enlighten our youth who are diverting away from the rituals. I'm a proud Brahmachari.
@@_Fire_Wings_ Yes , definitely you can learn this .But I want to inform you about some section which comes in the latter half of this nityakarma .It is called as pranava japa where the yajna sutra or upaveeta or janeu ( sacred thread ) is twined on thumb of right hand and hid inside an angochaa ( anga vastra ) and then Gayatri Mahamantra ( Om bhur bhuvassvah ... ) is chanted 11 or 108 times .For that sacred thread is needed it is essential part of Sandhya vandanam . Rest part has been covered very well in the video

This I much I can tell after 35 years of experience and 18 years of negligence out of ignorance. I confess for that and I experienced trials tribulations.
Results r amazing. My daughter was selected by her bridegroom that is my son in law and marriage was conducted 22cyears back.
My son not studying properly atlast came to line and completed MCA and now in abroad and succeeded MBA and married to our coice andboth r working. Both son and daughter r having two daughters each. I retired happily after 39 years of service with pension. So mission is fulfilled. Thank you Mother Gayatri. I visited abroad 5 times with my wife.
More amazing my mother lived 90 years and she joined majority in 2019 May after my retirement after 8 years she saw third generation.😁🙏🙏🙏🙏

Easy to brush up even after decades of non performance of Sandhya. Just buy a book from Giri Traders. It provides Sanskrit and English transliteration for the essentials of Sandhya. Lord Krishna clearly says that all of us need to do our Nitya, Naimitya Karma in line with our Varnashrama Dharma. My Distance Guru tells me that this is required to be done by the first three Varnashrama. The last is EXEMPT as they serve others.
If the three varnas perform Sandhya Vandanam regularly it will benefit the 4th varna also.

I got my poondle last year and i am learning under the guidance of my grandfather😢😢 now even though i leant all the mantras i cant recite them again i keep forgetting them because i dont have time to do them 😢😢 now today i started doing sandhyavandanam when i forgot my abhivadaye thats why i came here. I feel like i have betrayed god as i have stopped doing this sandhyavandanam and when i started doing it today i forgot half of it 😢😢

Pooja without sandhyavandanam has no meaning, this is the most sacred of all rituals. This is enough, equal to many hundreds of poojas you do. I am a Janau dhari, never performed Sandhya vandanam. Started many years after my marriage. I feel so sober and calm, without the morning sandhyavandanam prayer, I feel so incomplete. The pranayama has opened my blocked nose which I wasn't aware of the health benefits.
The Gayatri Mantra we chant is very powerful. It's a cleanser and makes you liberated from all your sins.
Please embrace sanatana Dharma. Dont worry what others are doing. Please embrace without second thought. Adopt it with conviction, Parameshwara himself will stand by you in all difficulties to lead you and protect you.

@@_Fire_Wings_ Yes , definitely you can learn this .But I want to inform you about some section which comes in the latter half of this nityakarma .It is called as pranava japa where the yajna sutra or upaveeta or janeu ( sacred thread ) is twined on thumb of right hand and hid inside an angochaa ( anga vastra ) and then Gayatri Mahamantra ( Om bhur bhuvassvah ... ) is chanted 11 or 108 times .For that sacred thread is needed it is essential part of Sandhya vandanam .
