Hello everyone, MT here with the usual trainspotting action. Haven’t done Stratford International railway station for over a year, even though nothing much changes at this stop but it is still a great place to capture some high speed action from the Southeastern 395 Javelin’s and of course, the Eurostar sets which in this film features three e320 374’s, two were working on services to Paris & one to Amsterdam and one refurbished e300 373 speeding towards London St. Pancras from Brussels. All of this was filmed between 11am and 12pm, not the busiest time of day for them but still enjoyable. Hope you all enjoy this!

Next week will be my first journey through Stratford International, on the Eurostar to Paris to begin a Rail Tour round Switzerland.

Why is it called Stratford International, when zero international trains stop/depart there?
They where meant to stop there like at ebbsfleet and ashford but they decided not too I mean St. Pancras is only 5 minutes away from Stratford so what was the point?
Good vid. I'm a steam fan .... Eurostars are beautiful. Just what I imagined 21st century trains would look like when I was a kid (in the 60's). A wonderful form of sleek transport, far better than flying, great to travel on. But I never imagined what they would do to the stations they run through ... dirty grey dystopian concrete bunkers that never look finished, are never cleaned and devoid of any design pride. Even Lille station is better, at least the international trains stop there. It must be same architect who is currently destroying the Midland mainline's beauty, turning it from something that was in harmony with the countryside into a permanent concrete scar. They made a good job of St Pancras though.
Might as well rename the station to Stratford city

Good video! May I ask how do you film so steady with the camera because I have a camera with a large zoom like that and while trainspotting at Stratford intl myself I found it difficult to keep it still, although it was windy on that day. Thanks!
Depends on what model camera you use, mine is an bulky camcorder with a likely built-in stabilisation. Plus, I use a hand grip to get the extra smoothness in any weather conditions.
@@MTProductionsUK Ah ok. I use a Panasonic HC-V380 for my recordings. It also has built-in stabilisation.

Well done. Great service from St Pancras. Used it since it started. A great deal of time and money spent for additional platform during Olympics. Don’t think it has been used since. That’s life.

Top speed is 320km/h - line speed is 230km/h through this station because of the tunnels either side, from the next station east it's 300km/h.

Filip Ziemba I believe line speed is 140 mph (225kph) but I may be wrong
Line speed through the station is 140mph but just east of London's core area it moves up to 186mph.
It's sad to see so less old Eurostar still running 😭
It is a shame. I believe there are only 4 or 5 left, but I am not sure

I suppose it’s doing fine for an international service in the COVID lockdown. Well, it is an international TOC, so we don’t really know.
373’s are now in storage til 2022

The older train's speed looks more dramatic than the newer trains.

I don't know about you but the older 373 appears more aerodynamic.
