My mom always used to tell me "do the best you can with what you've got, and the best you've got will get you through". It really taught me to save and really do the best I can with the things I already own or has been given to me. MrBibi86 I meant to mention that. I quit over five years ago and have saved a ton of money. There are often side effects with Chantix... Just look out for that. I quit with electronic cigarettes and nothing else. For me, they worked when nothing else did. It's different for everybody, and I quit multiple times before I quit for good. I read Easyway To Stop Smoking by Alan Carr and I stopped cold turkey. It was rough but I did it. That book is great even if you are using other methods. Good luck!
It's different somehow if I'm recording my shopping trip. I think it takes my mind off it. Plus, I haven't taken you grocery shopping yet. We've been in a few other stores, but no grocery shopping. It may be different, I don't know.
1 Oak Arts I find that I experience a lot of sensory overload in grocery stores. It's too bright in there, and there's too much to look at. It seems like I'm always in somebody's way, or they're in my way. I get a bit claustrophobic sometimes if the aisles are narrow and/or crowded with people or stuff. I find the entire experience to be wildly uncomfortable.

I laughed when you read the 10-second rule because I do that a lot, but find that I need a few minutes. Usually when I go to TJ Maxx, Marshall's, or Target I am in trouble so I will carry everything that I love or feel I need to have with me for a while until I get sick of holding it. Then I can put it down and don't feel bad walking away from it!

The best common sense financial info I have seen. To para phase something you hit on, my father use to tell me, the first time the mule kicks you it's the mules fault. After that it's your fault. I find that most folks in financial trouble break this rule over and over. Love your video's. When I'm stressed and can't sleep I usually watch ASMR video. I wish I had some kind of Goodwill-like shop where I live... I get anxiety in malls if I go alone or if I have minimal time to look for clothers, if I'm with a friend and have enought time I'm okay.
Also I am studying a double major! And I'm gonna try and study a subject called 'Comparative literature' that looks very good. I love reading so much so I relate to you hahaha

I calculated that I spend $8,900 per year on cigarettes! I have a doctors appointment next week to get Champix and hopefully, I will quit.
