I also noticed this. Everyone plays the new stuff in drop g because they can’t do some of the chugs in drop a and they won’t play it in standard. It just looks so awkward
@@nikstrain Yes! It was awkward for me as well when learning Mistakes Like Fractures but it actually does sound better once you get it. Any way you could make tabs for these new covers??
Sorry, tabs are just a little too time consuming for me right now since I don't know the BPM/tempo changes/time signatures for the songs or have a good program for tabbing to begin with lol

It‘s actually just a whole step down from standard 7 string tuning, they just really know how to write heavy riffs and their sound is mean af
What effects pedal do you you think they use for that ending break down? It sounds so sick on the album

Their guitarists use a Swollen Pickle fuzz into a high gain heaf for a lot of the heaviest parts. That's a Will Putney secret ingredient.
