This is some commercial breaks from a snick are you afraid marathon recorded around 1994.
I do believe that some of the audio promos and one of the bumpers from this marathon has been uploaded online by Analog Memories but these are all together in one video.
*During one of the commercial breaks the speed of the recording switches from SP to LP so the recording gets a little wonky during that part.

Unfortunately, the tape only has the are you afraid of the dark marathon nothing before that.
If you want to make a recreation of the recording though be my guest! that sounds like a fun idea
