- Sebastian Bach tweeted to his followers in the aftermath of Donald Trump winning the presidency that America "sucks now" and "F___ America." I'm a 22 year Army Veteran who deployed to Iraq in 2003 and Kosovo in 2009. I don't think Sebastian understands how good we have it. In this video, I respond to his F___ America statement.

I will never buy his stuff or see him if his concert was free in my backyard. I had relatives give there life for this country. And my father was a disabled veteran. God bless America. I agree with you 💯

I was listening to The book nothin but a good time on Audible. I was just about done and looking for something else in the genre to listen to and typed in hair metal . i am a “lefty”, and am pretty much against what trump and the right have fought for. while we differ in politics, i still extend my hand and say “thank you” to guru for his 20 years protecting my ability to go to school, allowing programs for me to have food when my family couldn’t afford it, and to go to college, get my degree, and provide an opportunity to have grown in to a career as an executive in the financial industry.
music brings all of us together to bang our head, and enjoy commonality…thats why it means everything to us.
bach is a decent guy, and ive spent time with him several times, most recently in may, where i got to tell him why subhuman race meant everything to me. he told the people around him to quiet down so he could her why. he put his arm around me after, and told me that hearing stories like mine, makes him want to make even better music every time he steps in the mic booth. i know he meant what he said. he is passionate about his craft, but to a fault. he does not think when he speaks, and he is a child.
i don’t think he hates america. i think he hates beliefs he disagrees with, and can’t look past it to see that at the end of the day we are all just people.

Good on you, Guru! I live in the far north area of what is consdered the outskirts of Scandinavia, but follow trends and politics happening in the US. There is a reason why what happens in America, good or bad, tends to influence matters everywhere else. I often see conservative music enthusiasts on social media graciously supporting music artists that are notoriously far left in their worldview, in spite of disagreeing with them politically. If only people like Sebastian Bach were as mature and magnanimous towards us, who disagree with them. Instead of growing and progressing as an individual, Sebastian has taken the route travelled by, frankly, insufferable histrionic imbecilic hacks like Dee Snider, Bruce Springsteen, Rob Reiner, and the shrieking hags on The View, who are so insulated from real life that they even refuse to acknowledge something so basic and obvious that politics and life includes all people, not just vacuous, elitist leftist celebrities and their woke foot soldiers in establishment media. I have heard some pretty complimentary things about Sebastian´s latest album, and have considered actually buying some new music by him, something I haven´t done since Subhuman Race was hot off the press back in 1995. Not sure why some of these spoiled celebrities are reacting so strongly to this year's election results. Unlike most of us they aren't negatively affected by the high prices and they get to live in expensive homes with private security watching over them. As an Army Veteran and a life long Hard Rock/Metal fan, I'm with you 100%. A lot of people died for the rights that he enjoys in America. I don't think he gets that. If he's not mature enough to understand that people have the right to vote for who they want to here in America and accept the fact that the people have spoken. Anthony I’m like you I loved Sebastian and the skids as soon as they came out. I was 16 and was loving that band. I still like Sebastian’s albums but when he says stuff like this is just a reminder why the skid row guys don’t want him back. He just can’t get out of his own way and it really sucks
Always like what you have to say. Sebastian is still in 18 year old kid and this is one of the reasons why he is not in Skid Row and a reunion was always shot down very quickly by Scotty and Rachel. But here's the thing I have tickets second row tomorrow Ashland Kentucky for Sebastian Bach. This could go really bad for him coming to a red state after making those comments. He also hurts his business he is not at the arena / stadium level that he was when he was 19, 20 and 21. This guy cannot afford to go on Twitter and call 60% of America morons or whatever, and expect to sell tickets at the same rate . Most of us if you're anything like me you have seen him enough to where you don't really need to see him anymore. I guarantee you at the theater tomorrow there will be about 1200 people there and I would say 900 of those have already seen Sebastian live some point in their lives at least once Rick Sales is Sebastian's manager, and he should have told him not to do stuff like that

I noticed the Love/Hate blackout alllllbummm is behind u. I met them when they were doing in store record signings in a indie record store in Manchester England and me and my rock cousin Dawn missed school so we could go to get our albums signed. As a 14yrs old kid I loved it. Jizzy Pearl was stood behind the counter with skid etc just being cool. The tour they were on was support to the Skid Row slave to the grind tour. White lion, then LH and Skid Row was the show. It was a madness guru. The store underestimated the turn out so rows of cds and racks just got crushed. But I didn’t give a shit as long as we met the guys. U could smell the JD fumes and unknown subs floating in the air. Going back to Sebastian I can defo agree with your opinion guru.

Thank you for keeping the politics out of your channel not that id be totally against it but I think for this channel and the subject you cover it is best not to have it voiced as much as others do. I cant tell you how many channels I once watched and they go on about Trump or what ever (I'm not a biggest trump guy either but don't hate him) and it would ruin it for me because I want the content or a subject in a video without ones political leanings being injected in everything. You do great Guru, keep it up and don't let it get you down.
