Mar Mari Emmanuel was attacked for spreading the truth, and God protected him. The Muslim that attacked him had a retractable knife that opens if you press a button, when he originally tried to stab Mar Mari, his knife failed to open and he hit Mar Mari bluntly. When the Muslim tried to open it the second time he fumbled and cut off 3 of his fingers, and by then he couldn't inflict any damage to Mar Mari because the witnesses piled on him.

@MoAbuAkb obviously the police won't reveal his identity or religion because there are laws that protect the identity of minor offenders, however we can conclude that he is Muslim by putting the pieces together. Mar Mari provoked muslims weeks earlier by stating that they are wrong and Jesus is the only way. The police reports say that this terrorist attack was planned by 5 teenagers aged 14-17 and a police commissioner called David Hudson claimed that the boys arrested in relation to the stabbing "adhered to a religiously motivated, violent extremist ideology". Judging them by all this information and their appearances we can come to a safe conclusion that they are muslims
