One of traditional Khmer food is Samlor Machou T’Moong. T’Moong leaves is Garcinia Oliveri species use as sourness for this recipe. In this recipe, I use beef organs (large intestine, lung, stomach and thousand-layer beef tripe) to cook with T’Moong leaves. The recipe is really great, yummy, tasty, appetizing.
