For those saying there a lack of structure remember that this isnt supposed to be a typical song, but rather a heavy showcase of techniques and energy. For that purpose I believe that the back to back drops are extremely fitting, it makes you think he cant get any crazier but then he drops a bomb blowing you away. Whereas a typical pop/edm structure which many beatboxers use has segments such as a bridge which bring the energy down, this type of structure not only has constant energy but increasing energy throughout the routine. Im not saying that pop/edm structure is bad thing, many beatboxers such as stitch river and d low do it perfectly and it fits their style. TLDR: Structure is very subjective and therefore we shouldn't judge every beatbox routine by its ability to conform to a single type of song structure.
