Announcements: 0:19: The train is arriving! This train is bound for the Main Terminal Station. 0:30: For the Main Terminal Station. The next stop is the Economy Parking Station. 0:48: This train is departing, please hold on to handrails. Next stop is the Economy Parking Station. This train is bound for the Main Terminal Station. 1:09: This train is approaching the Economy Parking Station. The doors will be opening. Please gather your belongings and prepare to exit. This train is bound for the Main Terminal Station. 1:40: The doors are opening. Please do not leave luggage unattended. This train is bound for the Main Terminal Station. (Some announcements were re recorded 1 year later.)
A few of the vehicles still have the original announcements, although they're glitchy. For example, the one approaching the main terminal station abruptly ends. "This train is approaching the main terminal station. The doors will be opening. This is the fin-" I don't know what causes this. Some of the other cars sound slightly different as well, and one or two lack the periodic "Please remember to hold handrails firmly at all times" announcement as well as the chime tone.
Nice, the Crystal Mover is pretty much gaining popularity as the ideal first choice for airports and towns over Bombardier's Innovia APM system. I hope Bombardier's prepared for that answer to Mitsubishi in future project bids.

Yes, free to ride. Just the cost of parking. Your first hour is free in short term.
I love people movers
That train was made by Mistubishi Crystal Mover
I think they also did the new train that connects the remote parking and terminal at Orlando International.
Great video man liked :-)
Thanks. Fun to get a rude on it before it opened just a few hours later.
I noticed the announcer is not Jack Harris, is he still around?
Yep - still works with Clear Channel 970 WFLA.
He just part of of the whole TPA experience, especially on the terminal trams
Is this free to ride?
Yep
@@TPAspotter thanks for the reply but I already used it two weeks ago 🤣
Going in june 👍🏻👍🏻
You be among the 1st to see it. Al least among the first 2,000,000 :)
its from the space age
or at least from Mitsubishi ;)
Very bumpy ride, much like a ride on a worn concrete road. Just hang on, and be safe.
I agree. For all the months of testing they did before opening last year, I guess "smoothness' wasn't a priority.
it's not bumpy. I have ridden several times.
That announcer is way too loud
QuarioQuario54321 - I agree.
