Seems like you could make ai chatbots just with this. That you don't really need Botpress unless you want to specifically collect info from people or direct them in a conversation. Couldn't you use this as a product recommendation chatbot?

For example, if the user prompt new questions and the admin join the chat to answer, this answer could be sync on real-time to the bot? The purpose of this is to create a more specialized virtual assistant to suggest answers for customers

It's a shame that each video I watch like this is a shameless plug for a website with a subscription, and yet there are numerous videos that actually teach how to build custom LLM bots that allow you to do exactly what you need with far more precision. I was excited until I saw the pricing for the packages and immediately decided to continue and put a little more work and effort into the bot I am currently building. It shows that laziness and cheating yourself will not get you all you had hoped for.
Do you think most people will know wtf that means? Honestly the concept of AI is beyond a lot of people especially boomers, Gen X, and even older millennials

Nice video but the problem is you can not use CustomGPT if you don't have a work email ID. It does not accept Gmail or Yahoo IDs which is sad.
The answer to my question is probably on customGPT site, but I will ask anyway, instead of data from website, can I feed one or more PDFs?
