How to ACTUALLY fix windows 10 randomly changing Microphone volume

i know the title is technically wrong since its the nvidia app that is changing the volume but this way people are more likely to stumble across this video!

Thanks, I was also very frustrated by people always saying to change the same settings that I had already changed long ago. Just did this so hopefully it works!!
