Thank you for this. I just bought one (March 2024), on sale. As a quilter, buying a quilting machine, I was both confused and irritated staring at all these feet that came with the machine. It didn't come with a 1/4" foot. No where did any manual say that the foot that came on the machine was 1/4" where plastic met metal. I mean - who does that? A sewing machine billed as a quilting machine should come with a 1/4" foot, especially from a high-end company like Bernina. I've spent a LOT of time on YT trying to figure things out. I've been sewing and quilting for over 40 years, so, not my first rodeo. With that said, however, for anyone watching this who is thinking about buying a Bernette B77, it is a very good machine. It actually has too many bells and whistles to figure them all out. I only need one way to put the presser foot down, or cut the thread, not three. But - it HAS the automatic cutting, which is really very nice. I'm sewing to sell, and have the Bernette set up with orange thread, and my 22-year-old Pfaff set up with blue thread. Audio books and I'm good to go! Thanks for making videos!

Would have been nice to have a more detailed instruction (where to exactly put the washi tape, a closeup of the foot, etc).
