You made the first step towards redemption. You have repented your sin. You are human and all humans make mistakes . Just dont do that anymore . It's going to be hard but pray for Gods help . You can also go to a Christian councellor at a church to guide you. Then you can start getting you marriage back . I will pray too for this .

They were never born in the wrong body, and He can guide them toward the peace that they've been looking for. All they need to do is ask Him for help.
