I listened to this every night I was in the hospital for chemotherapy. It relaxed me, made me feel at home, and blocked out all the voices and bad stuff going on. I appreciate videos like this

If you are reading this at night, you should get some sleep, and don't stress about everything going on in the world, or what you are going through. I'm here for the same reason. My therapist suggested guided relaxation videos but that's a bit scary to me. I don't want someone telling me stuff in my sleep. Good rain storm is relaxing. That with 5mgs of xanax a day to be honest

I’ve been listening to this every night for the past 3 months now. I literally cannot sleep without “my rain sounds.” I think it allows my brain to hear the sound and focus on it rather than my thoughts. I’ve noticed my thoughts are too distracting to sleep and this is just so relaxing that I drift off to sleep before an ad even starts. Not that I mind bc I’m passed the hell out anyway.
I usually watch American Dad episodes on auto play to get to sleep for the same reason: I just can’t sleep with my thoughts and having the episodes play I can focus on the character voices instead. I’m trying to sleep the rain and thunder sounds lately though

I don't think the person who made this understands how much this helps people 😔 I have ADHD and listening to this every night has helped slow and ground by thoughts long enough for me to actually fall asleep. My sleep schedule is a lot better because of it and i been feeling a lot better as well actually being able to sleeo at nigh. other than tonight only cause i drank a monster and that always keeps me up late 💀

My eyes are literally watering. I do not know how to express it at the moment. I'm not getting enough sleep because of depression and anxiety, listening to it is such a great relief. Sad how we're missing on such simple and beautiful things available in nature.
I pray healing and deliverance over you in Jesus name. Depression and anxiety will NOT keep you bound forever. I know because I was taking medication for both for over 20 yrs. This January 2023 the Lord healed me and delivered me and I haven't taken medication since. Some days I still feel anxious but it's not crippling like it is to be. I'm able to deal with it and still function. I'm praying for you because I truly understand.

I’ve been listening to this every night for the past 3 months now. I literally cannot sleep without “my rain sounds.” I think it allows my brain to hear the sound and focus on it rather than my thoughts. I’ve noticed my thoughts are too distracting to sleep and this is just so relaxing that I drift off to sleep before an ad even starts. Not that I mind bc I’m passed the hell out anyway.

I have ADHD and listening to this every night has helped slow and ground by thoughts long enough for me to actually fall asleep. My sleep schedule is a lot better because of it and i been feeling a lot better as well actually being able to sleeo at nigh.

I pray healing and deliverance over you in Jesus name. Depression and anxiety will NOT keep you bound forever. I know because I was taking medication for both for over 20 yrs. This January 2023 the Lord healed me and delivered me and I haven't taken medication since. Some days I still feel anxious but it's not crippling like it is to be. I'm able to deal with it and still function. I'm praying for you because I truly understand.
