It's wild playing a game with so many unique regional accents. We have Northern Irish, Irish, Scottish, English, and maybe Welsh but I haven't come across any yet. But so far it's mostly Scottish accents which makes sense, Along with the Scots language. And of course a few accents from across the United Kingdom.
So glad you played this. I played through the entire thing last night and loved it. Looking forward to how you react to the C word being used so frequently. :P
I’ve played it 3 times and going for the plat. It is a great little game. It’s another title that IGN took a shipe on and I literally hate them now. They did the same to alien isolation. Somebody there doesn’t like this style of game. That doesn’t make it a bad game. They gave it a 5.9. The game is a solid 9. If you haven’t played it yet, it is a great game. F u IGN.
I get what the devs were going for but I kinda hate when the choices don't matter. Having a nihilist ending works for The Thing as a film. As a game I want more interactivity, I want an alternate ending where you save Roy, and where you can actually get off the rig. Maybe growing up with games like RE and MGS with tons of replay value spoiled me. Chrono Trigger is an even better example because you have the Lovecraft monster that is Lavos and you can get "the world ends" or "everyone lives" endings. For $30 on Steam I'd like a little more than 4 hours of linear gameplay, when I can see a 2-3 hour movie for less than $10.
I’ve seen a lot of different clips for the game and can safely say it’s Scottish Approved, do need to play it myself in the coming days though
just a normal day in Beef's household
@@Runebee aye, too normal
I really do wonder what lurks beneath the oceans
Out of every gameplay I’ve seen of people playing this game. Yours is my favorite hands down. Loved it. So engaging and emotional?

The only vibes I got from this based on that weird glow was HP Lovecrafts 'The Colour Out Of Space'
Great Playthrough Bee. I definitely think this game was inspired by 'The Thing'.
As a Scottish kid. I approve this game👍
This is basically the game adaption of the show the rig (amazon prime).
Got to wonder if Gregor is a Kafka reference

This is giving RE Revelations
Addair's cafeteria dialogue has an error, the subtitle repeats a sentence instead of giving the correct first line.

for an indie game, the length and quality are prefect. It doesn't need to be 10 hrs or more.
