- Just a short 1 hr train ride from Bangkok is Ayutthaya. Just make sure you go to BANG SUE station and not Hua Lamphong as i did. I had a tukk tuk booked and waiting for me at the train station in Ayutthaya. I can highly recommend Tuk Tuk Krungsri Travel (on facebook) to drive you around. Safe driver with cold water and fruit provided.
