When I got the Chanel Boston bag for my sister, FedEx charged me 20% of custom, because the shipping invoice just says “bag”. I wasn’t able to find a way to edit the invoice to be more descriptive (it only allows me to choose from a list of dropdown but not text input field). Do you normally just choose “bag” as well or you choose other options like “gift”…etc ?
That's really annoying. That happened to my friend too and she called FedEx to contest it. I think she got it down to 10%. DHL is way better because they give you the bill upfront before they release your package to you.
I hope Buyee is real. I made a first purchase tonight and now it's not showing up on the site at all? Hopefully your video will help me figure it out. Have you run into issues with purchases? I couldn't get any coupons to work (or maybe just didn't know where to enter the coupon code info??
Oh!! That sounds scary! It should show up under your cart, there are two tabs. One is whatever is in your cart the other is order history. You will see the status of your order. Once it's delivered to buyees warehouse, it will show up on your pages package tab. It will have a little 1 notification next to it. I've never had anything "disappear on me" check out the other buyee video I released, it's more a tutorial than this one. Coupons should automatically appear during check out if you're eligible for it. Let me know if you have more questions!
Rec'd my item, and it's 100% fake. I'm so disappointed. Apparently no returns and if I file with Paypal because it's a fake I'm banned from Buyee... which at this point I don't really care. I always felt good about buying from Japan resellers until now. I'm still filing a claim, I work too hard for my money to give it away for a fake (cheaply made fake item) I would definitely warn others and say buyer beware.@@Somehowadulting

Hello, do you know if after you have received the item to your warehouse and received more pictures from the warehouse then deemed the item to be unauthentic, if they do returns? im also not sure how that works for auctions and how to authenticate things via auctions, maybe RealAuthentication but if they take too long someone might take it lol Thank you
Hi! I've never encountered inauthentic bag so I'm not quite sure! With the real authentication, I think your best bet would be do spend the extra money for the 1 hr turnaround if the item you're looking for is worth it. Hope that helps!
