What can I say Mr. Pearl, you both put together a fantastic book and after reading it multiple times, these videos seemed like a great way to share this great content. Thank you so much for your hard work! Looking to post CH7 at the end of this semester
Since the CIM is detailed enough, it should be enough for interested buyer to submit a non binding offer to make the sale process efficient and more private. Due diligence is basically making adjustments or validating those presented in the CIM thereby affecting the initial offer price and sharpen up the binding offer after the due diligence
Excelent video! one question though. What does it refer to with ""taint" in the event of a failed auction? (min: 5:33) I'm guessing that it means that in the event of a failed auction as for the "winner" backing out of the deal, it would be harder to do another auction. Is that it?
I have the presentation finished, going to finish the video in the coming month. It's a lot more model based so I need to figure out how to structure the video. I might switch between excel and powerpoint throughout. Not sure yet :/
Thank your for your answer! I would be interested in a video regarding your path into finance and how to get into Investment Banking. Do you recommend a CFA?
I have been planning on doing a video for the main page to introduce myself. Just in the middle of a reading binge for new video ideas so it might come in a few weeks. Reply with any other questions you are interested in and I will be sure to cover them.
These presentations are great and we're honored! I want to see Ch 7 too! - Josh & Josh
