To everyone saying the red tone is too warm for her brows, she was clearly trying to match her dyed hair colour rather than her natural shade. Look before you judge, some people would rather have their brows match their hair color than the shade they were born with, deal with it!lol

You don't have to be a makeup artist do dislike a certain makeup just like you don't need to be a music expert to dislike a song. It looks bad, it is the wrong colour and it has that artificial look. The technique is all wrong.
Really? that is ridiculous. You don't need to be a makeup artist to see those brows were not on point. It is called having eyes and knowledge of the topic. If her brows look better than the people you are seeing, change your circle or offer advice.

Looks like she needs a shade darker. This color has too much red/maple. She needs #5, not a #4 (which I am assuming she is using). I learned this myself, after buying all 4's. Wrong. I need the 5, but with an easy hand.

for whatever reason i liked her natural bbrows better! and i think they should have showed her whole face as well not just a close up...
yeah filled in eyebrow close up looks odd if we can't see her face structure. with the close up they looked too thick for her face but when it backed up it looked better

So 400+ people are trash for making fun of someone's accent. Amazing.
The first one is an intriguing product I'm going to research further. Some time during my 40s my brows became quite sparse. I used an inexpensive brow filler product to fill them in. Recently somewhere I read a comment about castor oil--brushing it on brows (or lashes, but I'm too chicken to try on my sparse lashes without further research) makes them grow in. I've used it a week and truly I have growth. Wish I'd heard about this years ago. I got a small glass bottle with a dropper for ~$5 on amazon, and it came with mascara wands. I just drizzle a tiny amount on the brush and brush into my brows and go to bed. (It's a tiny bit messy so you want to use it during your sleep cycle.) I put the wand brush-end-up into a plastic hairspray cap to keep it off the counter. (I just realized the wands are for lashes, and the other included applicator is for brows. I don't remember what the other applicator is, so will have to check it out.)

I think it looks beautiful. Not too dark, not too light, not too red. This is real life and not just for photo's. All she really did was filling in the brows, not defining them or creating new ones. This tutorial is good for these types of brows, if you have other different brows, search for other tutorials, or try this technique yourself and if it doesn't work, try other ways. I had so much fun watching this video, it had a little humor in it. Some people could smile a little more and judge a little less

Despite everyone else disliking how the brows turned out, I actually found this video useful. I have patchy brows like the model and I think the technique they used was good. I do the same thing with my brows to make them look fuller. They do not look unnatural on me. I think it's because of the closeups, it looks too done up or blocky. In a full shot of her face, I think you would see a better difference.

I like it too. I have patchy brows like hers and if I have the rest of my face done... It looks weird that my brows aren't filled in. People liked her natural brows which is great but if she's going out with the makeup everywhere but the brows, what the heck. Some people hate her brows because it's not trendy as of right now but not everybody lives their life on Instagram. If this video was made like 10 years ago, people would say the brows are horrendous and she needs them waxed to the size of a sharpie line.

Guys.. dont judge me, but i think her brows looked way better without the product. i like the way dark brow hairs look on light skin sooo much, if mine werent so blonde i would never ever paint them over. anyways, i still think the mua made a good job here, the brows looked more natural. personally, i like this more than this smooth instagram look.

I have some patchy areas but all i do is fill the areas lightly with powder, run a spoolu through, and clean it up with concealer. I'll then use a clear eyebrow gel to hold them. Keeps it way more natural for everyday wear and covers my patchy area.

I don't have time to do perfect eyebrows in the morning and frankly I can't and don't have the patience and desire to waste my time learning and doing it. I'm happy with a quick fill in 😊

I hate when people trim my eyebrow hairs at the front. it looks harsh and unnatural. Also, her eyebrows were patchy enough as it is-i personally have a couple of bald patches in my eyebrows which are extremely exaggerated by trimming my eyebrows. Her eyebrows were naturally patchy but in terms of the actual shaping there is nothing wrong with them

Why did they use a model who already HAS good brows to begin with? Better it had been someone with ACTUAL "patchy brows" or thin brows! This would have definitely shown how well the product worked. I have thin brows and this demo is no help to me. FAIL.

i like how the lghter color makes the brow look.. if it was darker, itd be too harsh.. it gives it a soft hue.. i dunno, different preferences for different people! I once had my brows professionally made up, and they chose a tone like 3 times lighter to match my hair dye color.. and it was gorgeous.. much prefer it to the black that my eyebrows are.

I don't see the issue with the color etc. it makes them look more feathery/less strong and matches the reddish tint in her hair. PLUS, she has on warmer makeup, I always match my brows to if my look is warm or cool. It looks totally fine to me.

Technically they are not cruelty free. Benefit does not test on animals but they out source some of their ingredients they use and cannot prove those outsourced products are cruelty free. Many brands have similar problems and the opposite. Quite a few brands are cruelty free but their mother company who owns them aren't. Urban decay and IT cosmetics are both cruelty free but owned by loreal. Loreal is not cruelty free.

I have shades 4 & 5 in Ka-Brow pomade😻 This product is really for people who are good at grooming their brows. Beginners at brow grooming might struggle with Ka-Brow. It took me a few times to finesse the product to my liking. It’s almost budge proof if you use less & buff off the excess💁🏻♀️👍🏼

I agree. When Benefit demonstrates its eyebrow products they almost always demonstrate on brows that need some tweezing, shaping, or trimming.

Look at Kiera Knitgley , part of her charm resides in her "feral" Un-trimmed brows. On the right person it gives a fresh gamine look. Same goes for Cara Delevingne.

I love love their products but they weren't even applied right in this 😳😳if you do it right it looks really good.
I actually own this product, and the brow kit once before. This is far inferior to the brow kit, though pretty handy because you do get a longer brush with the product. The waxy finish makes it look less natural. Takes a lot of trial and error to get a natural result.

I have the ka-brow and what I do to make it handle easier is to dip the brush in some setting spray and then dip the "wet" brush into the gel and the apply. it is easier and faster and it has a better result

Finally someone that has eyebrows! I have eyebrows like these and even though the tutorial wasn't that great I like it a million times better than all those other eyebrow tutorials where almost the whole eyebrow is gone from overplucking or is a very thin line. I cannot relate to those videos at all since they all draw them in whereas I need to fill mine in only in some places since I already have thick, groomed eyebrows.
Same. I know people that have super thin eyebrows. Not sure whether its because of eyebrow embroidery or due to over plucking. At first glance. Wow, looks neat. But the longer you stare at it, you feel that's abit tacky and unnatural.
