My rubber keeps falling out almost every year or so and my patio is big I'm in AZ do you think the rubber diminishes quicker because of the heat ? I don't have a cover over the rubber like you have. Thanks 🌹

They make a screen specifically for dogs to avoid damage like this. It’s a bit more expensive but it’s worth it. It lasts longer and doesn’t dry rot and sun fade as fast as regular screen.

Looks like the spline you are using from Amazon is .125. The manufacturer says .175. I am having a hard time with heavy spline and using tool. It wants to keep tearing screen. I also see the lady doing this is shacking a bit.
