I’m only 16 weeks and due January 13th . I’ve been looking at these videos to help give me some ideas for organizing because i will be moving less than a month before my due date
Absolutely loved this video, as well As your bedside nursery one. Love the way you organized and your style! I’m currently 15 weeks pregnant and I have so many ideas I’m so anxious to find out the gender!😇😇
Wow that's alot of stuff 😳 I'm getting the majority 2nd hand or donated from friends & family because they had nurseries like this & so much was unused..May as well save money where I can 😊
Majority of this was second hand as well. I have a 3 year old so I reused most of the nursery items. A lot of clothes were given from a friend and then my family did buy a lot of clothes as well! Nothing wrong with being prepared! Whatever isn’t used I pass on to someone else :)
Currently 29 weeks first time pregnant and just getting started on preps. I can’t help but wonder Is all of that really necessary? So many pacifiers.. I’ve only got 3. Also how many newborn outfits do you actually need? I’m so confused. And that many bibs??? Do we really need that many? I suddenly feel very unprepared..
You can do whatever you feel is necessary! I received a lot of items from my baby shower (why I have many pacifiers) I keep some upstairs and down plus diaper bag/car etc! I also received clothing from a friend and I’m glad I had a lot of newborn size because she wore them for 3 months due to lack of weight gain. There is no right or wrong way or amount to anything :)
It’s always good to have more rather than have less, different pacifiers is good you never know which one your baby may like. I think this is being pretty prepared ‘ she won’t need much for a while 💪🏽 btw congratulations hallie. Plz subscribe to my channel I am new to TH-cam & will be uploading more as I progress In my pregnancy
To all the new moms, who can't afford to buy many clothes for her new baby, well don't worry because babies mostly wear a clothe for just a month or two. They grow so fast that some clothes remain untouched as well. Therefore, my advice is that, it's best to keep things minimal and keep only what is actually necessary. That's how we can save some money. Let's not get swayed away by the people we see in the TH-cam buying tons of things for their new born. They do it because they have money and can afford that but we can't, so just stay cool and everything will be fine. 😇
Why are you assuming that I purchased all these things for myself? I am grateful to have a generous family and friends who got us things as well as over half were hand me down clothing and items I reused from my first baby. I bought what I believe was necessary and was perfectly fine. And honestly I was glad I had extra clothing because my baby wore newborn size for 3 months. To each their own but please don’t assume :)
I get you’re trying to boost up other moms who may be scared or sad they don’t have as much in here but it’s not good to shame other moms for having this amt of stuff or more to try and make others feel better. All of us are just doing what we can for our babies and we’re all doing good
Hi mommy hallie I hope you can give me some use clothes of your baby like also some essentials that your baby don't need anymore 🥺 Your baby is so blessed she have a lots of clothes and some stuffs 😇
People have told me not to buy too many baby clothes cause they grow so fast won’t get to use all the clothes but oh man I can’t stop buying baby clothes is the cutest 🥰
Just keep tags on until you r ready to use. Most stores will give a store credit even after 30 days and you can exchange to what you need, regift or sell at a better price. No need to wash the whole wardrobe at once. My son grew so fast, he literally didn’t need size NB, jumped into 3 months right away.
I’m 28 weeks and like you I have tons of stuff and I haven’t had my baby shower yet!! I’m wondering should I start now on washing and organizing or should I wait till I’m 34+ weeks? I don’t want to be tired no energy then but then again I have no energy now 😩 when is the best time to start nesting?
This is why I bought all clothes at 10 weeks (Ha, I knew it was a boy) and at 27 I have everything I need. We set up the crib today so we ready. This is my 3rd pregnancy so I know I would get lazier later hahaa next time you have a baby (if you do) you'll start early because you will remember this🤣 we gotta learn the hard way.
@@lauragrigorjeva3822 🤣🤣 that's crappy to say. You don't hate the videos, you just hate not being able to have what some of them show even if you don't need it.
