Hi! I’m new to you channel and I think that your channel is great so far and your baby will be an amazing person like you!
I am currently expecting #5. I put 2 caddies on my registry so I can have one bedside and one for the van. I found that with my last 2, I was rushing to get kids ready and make it to places and appointments so I was always forgetting things. This way I can make sure I have what I need for everyone if I forget to put it in the diaper bag.
Thats a great idea! We’ve since moved one of the caddy’s to our car! It’s nice to have extra stuff in there for just in case!!
First time seeing your channel and I’m now so grateful for this content. 2nd trimester here with my first baby! There’s so much information and products to read and learn about, watching a mom have it all laid out in front of me helps so much!! I feel less overwhelmed 💕

Hello! Mom of 7 going on 8 here. I’m about 2 months behind you this pregnancy, and nesting so hard! Currently doing a 30 day declutter challenge, and sewing cloth diapers from old ones as I get a chance! I use cloth pads, so postpartum they’re so much more comfy, and I’m sewing myself more of those from diaper scraps!

Do you use a postpartum pad pattern? I mad my own, but I'm not sure if it's big enough, as I havent had biological children yet!
@@macydiy9697 I just copycatted my pads I already had. I haven’t used anything special; I just change when I go to the bathroom. Not comfortable to sit in all that anyway!
@@jerushacarlson thank you! No it's not! That's part of why I switched for regular periods, so I could change as often as I wanted without the excessive cost!

It’s crazy how quickly time flies when you’re pregnant!!!! I’m so excited for you!!!! I love how prepared you are for everything!!! I have 7 years between my 2 kids. It was definitely not planned to have such an age gap but I have to say I forgot some things haha I had 2 c-sections. The second one was planned like yours. I felt so much better going into the second one because I knew what to expect. The first one was terrible and I was just so unprepared for everything😕 The pain wasn’t nearly as bad the next go around. I love all your chatting so voice overs all the way for me LOL I’m looking forward to your vlogs as baby arrives but certainly take your time!!! It’s a huge adjustment and the sleep, or lack thereof is rough at first!!! 🤪 If you have a PO Box let me know!!! That way we can send you goodies!!!!
It really does go by so fast! My first c-section was planned but was still so scary I cried the whole time thinking I wasn’t going to feel my legs again lol!, the second time around is definitely easier! I’m hoping this one, recovery will be quick and easy although i am dreading the overall surgery, it’s no fun! I will definitely be vlogging, and I’m thinking about doing one in the hospital too since we will be there for a few days 😊 I will probably open a PO Box for March/April so I’ll let you know if/when I do sweet friend!

I started nesting early too! I was scheduled for a c section at 39 weeks and around 33 weeks I got the strongest urge to start getting things ready. The night before my baby came I was determined to finish everything and even told my husband "install the car seat, I have a feeling". My boy made his appearance less than 24hrs later at 35 +5. So crazy how our bodies/intuition just know when they're coming!

This was such a helpful video! I am due March 5th as a FTM but have 2 bonus daughters so we are also becoming a family of 5. Showing all the things packed for the diaper AND nursing caddy was great (I got the same caddy as a gift). Also it made me realize things I still have to get yet I pregnancy brained on lol!

I realize I'm late to this video so this is for others who wonder the same haha
If you're wondering when to install a car seat, it should be VERY close to the day you expect to give birth, if not the day of. You can install the base earlier, but wait until the day you're going to go to the hospital or the night before (if you can) to put the carseat in the car. If God forbid you get into an accident or even a fender bender, the safety of the carseat is void and you have to get a new one. Even if it looks unharmed, even if there's never been a baby in it, you have to get a new one. And if you get into a fender bender before you give birth, it'd be less of a cost to just replace the base of the carseat instead of both the base and the seat. That's what I've learned, feel free to search it online for yourself about when to install the base and the seat :)
First time watching on the day of your scheduled c-section I’m on my 3rd baby as well 2nd boy I’m 23 weeks I will have my scheduled 3rd c-section at 36 weeks

Loved watching today ❤️ Your bedroom looks lovely. Have you thought about the scale of your lamps? Taller lamps or risers would make the lamp easier to see. They are really beautiful but hard to see. Not trying to be negative just a suggestion. I can hear you catching your breath that was my first sign of pregnancy . Two weeks that is so exciting 👍🏻❤️Best wish’s for you & your family. I installed my car seat a month before baby was here or Atleast the base of the car seat and we grabbed the actual car seat when we went to the hospital.
That’s a good idea! Maybe we will do that too! I want my son to adjust to the back seat in the meantime!

What kind of diapers do you use?
Millie moon! I’ve used them since about 2 months old and I’ll never go back, she’s 16 months old now
It is so much easier to go from 2 kids to 3. The 1 kid to 2 kids was the hardest for me.
I’m hoping it’s this way for me too! 1 to 2 was a hard transition for sure, this time around, the age gap is a bit more than my first two so I’m hoping it’ll be a lot easier!
