One thing about Jaden nobody admits is that he is the only protagonist in Yugioh that has the most normal hair style.
Will 2139 you know, I've always noticed that xD
Not to mention he's the only other main character to duel against Yugi himself. And Kaiba if you count his Kaibaman duel.
Also jaden is the only protaganist to not have his name start with Y
Only in the dub though so its not that impressive

It's worth noting that, in the actual series, Duel Monsters WAS indeed responsible for the end of the world. It does also get an actual explanation in the series (at least the Japanese version; the season that explained it was never dubbed in English), and I can't tell if it's more or less strange than what Abridged!Paradox gave us. Basically, it's all because of Synchro Monsters ("Synchro WHAT?!"), which have the power to manipulate a type of energy called Momentum that's generated when people play card games. Basically, in the future Synchro Summoning became so prevalent, with so many people using Synchro Monsters, that it caused Neo Domino's Momentum reactor to explode, wiping out a large chunk of the Earth's population; those who survived were almost entirely wiped out by an army of robots which appeared out of nowhere, having been attracted by the explosion.
I promise that at least some of that made sense in the actual series.
To bad with all this Arc X shit all the protagonists besides Yugi and Jaden all live in different dimensions. That whole idea really fucked up a lot of the previous lore like this movie. So the 5ds world ending only applied in the syncro dimension. I can't believe I even decided to watch the new series.
Actually no, that's not true. The alternate universes seen in ARC-V are parallel universe versions of the _main_ story, which took place in the Original Dimension (which got split into the four dimensions seen in the series). Basically, the Synchro Dimension is a version of the 5Ds world where Yusei never existed, the Xyz Dimension is Heartland but Yuma never existed, and so on.

@@cah137-y4s That makes me slightly more tolerant of ARC-V. I hate whenever an anime I'm watching decides to screw with previously well established cannon (example: I love Dragon Ball, but damnit if inconsistency doesn't piss me off sometimes).
Can't wait til they do Yugioh Dark Side of Dimensions Abridged. Such a good movie.

I personally prefer the Trading Back to the Past for Salvation Cards abridge of BBT. I recommend you watch it if you haven't, it's pretty funny. Audio quality is a little spotty at points, but it's pretty good overall.

It does suck that the credits song is what got the original flagged because its awesome. It does sample a Kanye song though so I can see why copyright bots would detect it but still its a shame.
Check out Blazing Azure Crow's channel. He has several different abridged series going at the same time with regular updates that maintain the quality. That's almost unheard of on TH-cam. Seriously, they uploaded two separate episodes just this week.
