Hello, I have a question. I am just a youth football coach and I was always told that a reciever should never have his head in front of his feet, but i notice that all of the recievers have their head in front of their feet. is this simething I should be teaching the younger kids or does it really matter as long as they are comfortable?
How you supposed to accelerate if you don't shift your body and put your head in front of your feet? I would focus on keeping the eyes and head up to recognize coverages instead of giving a coaching cue like keeping your head behind your feet
You don't want a WR leaning so far forward that their head is in front of their toes. What you see here is different & correct. Remember, "knees & nose." Front knee & nose should be directly over that up foot. And, notice the way the back foot makes a straight line up the back all the way to their head. Young WRs tend to lean over past their feet, like they're running track out of blocks. This does nothing but lowers their pad level & makes a DB's job too easy.
Hello there, I want to know if Episoketren System, will work for me? I notice lots of people keep on talking about this popular training course.
