For the pipe repair, you should deduct the cost from the bill the landscapers give you, or take their ass to small claims court if they try and give you issues. The fact that you have documentation on video just helps your case. They broke it, they should pay for it. And it was hella sketchy of them to break it and not say anything, hoping you wouldn't notice 🙄

I stop counting how many other beds , fans kitcken tables other items his in demand Individuals out side of our neighborhood now sends uber to pick him up bring back home Paid him very well Even send out good painter had to truck tools to paint , like brushes roller I told the homeowners purchase paint supply brush pan roller tape And Told him take public transportation Gets his money homeowners happy He's happy everyone has food on table happy Lets us helpone another love each other so all individuals be bless to be blessing to many others Lets 🙏🙏🙏Put God frist God bless us all Amen Amen Amen

I’m glad your parents were there. Zika I felt her she was like I been in the sun and water all day she was not feeling that at the moment lol. Swim lessons whewwwww lol.

There is no need to fix it if the broken pipe is in the backyard. Since you are installing a pool, they have to tear up the irrigation anyways and completely tear up the backyard to install the pool. You may still have to pay to move gas, cable, or electric lines if it is ran where the pool will be installed. Your utility company or pool company may hit the irrigation, so it is better to wait because it is probable that it'll get damaged again.
Only issue is they may inflate the price they charge her for the landscaping to accommodate the repair. They seem shady for not pointing it out in the first place, wouldn't put it past them!

Your closet is just like your office if you really take a look you are a fashion blogger. And you are in the right area for your blogs and for your podcast. Keep going forward you are awesome. And yes the landscapers should pay for the damage they are responsible they should be very professional when they are doing landscaping. They should have known the layout and looked very carefully for the various pipes. They should have called Julie. Before doing any land work. Julie is the one that knows where all the water pipes ,electrical and gas pipes. Before any type of work can be done on your property.
