What do we eat in a day on a typical school day? I'm a single mom with a pre-schooler who runs a business from home, so time is in short supply. I make a really quick and healthy breakfast for Ziya and prepare something fun and tasty for her school lunch. Another idea... turkey pepperoni, spinach and cheese makes like a pizza quesidilla. My 4yo barely notices the greens. Marinara is good for dipping too.

@@BriaAttiyah chop the spinach to look like herbs may help if whole spinach doesn't work. Chopping it keep it from falling/ stringing out during a bite. I make my daughters grilled cheese like this too. Slide that spinach right on in
