OK...a another joke update. You can get 40 certificates from gather troops and 10 from hard vikings for 60 every 2 weeks; from what i have gathered. So with my 10 sub cities it will take over 2 years to upgrade the ache gear (if my math is right). This appears to be a way to get no-coiners to spend a little cause im sure they will be in packs soon.
