Why after all the many disclosures in recent months as to how corrupt and evil the present administration in the White House really is, are they still snubbing their noses at the honest hard working American people? Why isn’t someone who believes in the law and the Constitution of the United States of America, stepping in to defend decency, integrity and honesty in America. Why? Has evil totally taken over America so that those who are patriots are being dragged through shameful courts, that are obviously presided over by questionable Judges? I cannot believe that such a strong nation has in just 3 years stooped to this distressing level. That proves to me that the Administrations that came prior to Donald Trump’s Presidency, were planning to bring America to its knees. The apparent monetary and economic gain of the leaders of that time speaks volumes. Donald Trump just got in their way in their plans to bring America to it’s knees , and during his four years as President, and since then, they are doing everything their evil minds can do, to stop America becoming great again. America, please don’t let this happen. Are there no decent human beings in politics and the judiciary anymore? Or has evil spread so much, that goodness and decency no longer has a foothold in America.

I retired as an E-9 from the military. Some of the reasons I retired when I did was out of protest. Being the top enlisted rank I was privileged to see and hear things lower ranks were not. I was surprised by the dishonesty and outright fraud that was going on in upper echelons of the military structure. I was hated by some and loved by others for my pushbacks against the "System." I saw the problems coming mostly from the officer side vs the enlisted side of things however.

I respect your service. I retired as a Senior Master Sergeant (E-8). As you are most likely aware, Congress limits the number of people to serve in these top 2 ranks to 2% for E-8 and 1% for E-9s. I agree with you. While I had the honor and privilege to work with many exceptional men and women of all ranks, I was always disheartened whenever a senior NCO was charged with such crimes. I knew of several cases where upon conviction, the top enlisted members were busted down to E-1 and given a dishonorable discharge. When a senior officer was the culprit, a colonel or general, usually a piece of carpet was brought forward along with a whisk broom. Sadly, it still exists.

    • @Sgt.Shitlord

I agree, the issue is way bigger than sexual misconduct: but the vested interests pushing this story have no fucks to give for the lower ranks. This is just old school pussy politics. No mention of classism or the mistreatment of lower ranks to be seen. They just want to get a rise out of their female audience with the tried and true method of a victim showcases.
90% of the Coast Guards victims won't even get an honorable mentions, simply because their grievances don't line up with Forbe's or CNN's target demo.

Thank you ever so kindly for your thoughtful comment. As the gentleman said, when you achieve a senior enlisted rank, you'll find yourself in the company of our country's most senior officers. I was no exception. There was a saying in the Air Force called: "The awfulness of being an officer." Another one was called "a one mistake Air Force," which meant that if you or one of your troops committed a rather small infraction, or had disappointed your superiors, or worse yet -- caused embarrassment, you could expect to be looking for a civilian job, and soon. Imagine this: In the Air Force, a group, or wing commander (usually a full Colonel, or Brigadier General), could arrive for work open his top drawer only to discover a find a letter re-leaving him/her of command, or notifying them that they should choose to retire. My point is, what these women endured was horrific. Part of the problem, as I see it, is built into a system that allows no room for errors.

After 26 years in the US Army, I can say from experience that senior officers don't want to hear bad news. They expect their direct subordinates to prevent bad news from happening; or worse, bury such news. If not, that reflects on those subordinates. The messenger gets his head bit off and they know it so they bury it. I remember giving bad news to a General that never got to him by those that reported directly to him. He even yelled at me wanting to know when someone was going to tell him. I said to him "Well, I'm telling you right now". Another thing Generals often do is suppress bad news in an after action review following a major exercise or operation. They only want good news to be heard. It helps their advancement to the next level. I submitted dozens of negative AAR slides after a major operations that went into the trash never to see the light of day. These were ALL solvable problems. You can't fix problems if you won't face them.

There is retaliation, there is reverse racism, and truly criminal behavior in the armed forces. Our warriors should never be treated this way. Of all the things I've seen or read about the rot of our government from corruption and criminal behavior, this is the most revolting, disgusting and shameful that I have ever seen.

It's corruption at every level of government n even private sector. People have little to no respect towards their employees. They talk down to you daily n cut your pay n purposely mess up any days off n especially vacation time if you dare take one. As when you come back they load you up with 5x the work load n bad mouth to everyone. The service is no different if not even worse imho. In the military you can't just quit n find a better job. If they catch wind that you are not happy about something. They will gather all their demonic little bastards n claim you threatened violence against them. Seriously, you have no recourse to speak the truth as noone cares nor will they ever support you.
An then there's, friendly fire. It happens more than anyone wants to admit, especially in SOF. You can bet your a$$ that with enough sh$$ rolling down hill. You best hope n pray you have trust between brothers. Even so, when armed n full blown SFers narcissistic ego driven things happen n its just another kia. Our military leadership sucks, all they give a shit about is their next stripe or star. They approve each other for campaign ribbons so you stand out n look like a super soldier when most know the truth. Yet it continues n I've witnessed so manyyy damn good soldiers say to hell with it n take whatever they can n get out asap. Who wants to stay AD or even NG leg. Imho, the United States is going to get their ass$$ handed to them when they officially start their NWO World War 3. Let alone try to recruit a bunch of mamas boys that can't even wipe their own a$$$$. Soldiers use to ban together, especially the SOFs. Today's military brass is a fkn joke as is their fearless leader that can't speak 3 words together most days.

      @michaell1603 ปีที่แล้ว

You make it sound like there’s a petty cash drawer they just hand out $5,000 and say “stay quiet” 😂. That’s not accurate at all. Every service takes reports of felonies very seriously. They have literal federal agents investigate and interrogate and collect evidence. NCIS, CID, OSI. They don’t play around. They’re armed federal agents. Regardless, if you want to avoid the alleged stories of work cover ups, college cover ups, military cover ups, just call 911 or visit a civilian hospital for a sexual assault kit. Even if you think your small towns police force covers up a crime, you can report to local police or county based police. If there’s corruption in all of those you go state police, barring that you go to federal police. Unlimited options for accountability here. If they don’t press charges or take a report then you address the district attorney directly. Or federal prosecutors. Or senators. Or congressmen. Or the media. Again, unlimited avenues of approach here 😂

Indeed, it is designed explicitly with an eye to existence of immorality amongst the people. One of the reasons everything is so difficult to accomplish in our system is because the checks and balances exist, as a manifestation of the framers' certainty that immoral people would end up in power and would have to be limited in the damage they could do before they could be replaced.

She told us that no one in the service would help her. She was a bold strong woman when she went in. When she came back to work about a year later she was like a ghost of herself. Sounds like not much has changed.

I’m an army veteran. I served 5 yrs and deployed to the Middle East during Desert Shield/Storm. I was assaulted twice while on active duty. I reported the assaults both times. I was injured in a vehicle accident while deployed, and my paperwork for medical discharge was approved before I had returned from DS. My battalion cmdr said to me “This (medical discharge) happens to females who can’t keep their legs and mouths shut”. Before this, another young soldier in my battalion reported that her section sgt had raped her. Less than 48 hrs later the sgt walked into the barracks and shot and killed the female soldier, and then himself. I can go on and on.

As a young Marine at the age of seventeen straight out of boot camp in 1976, I was chicken hawked by gay Marines in my own company. It was at my first duty station at Camp Lejeune and the realization that no one gave a damn about me or my safety or the fact that the Marine Corp. would allow this sick crap to go on in the first place destroyed me and so many others in my unit. Month after month the morale in my company worsened and was terrible and had the "us against them mentality "as our NCO's and officers refused to address the situation in which made matters much worse and made our lives a living hell day after day. I witnessed fellow Marines turn to alcohol and drugs trying to cope as they just didnt care anymore and were willing to take a bad discharge just to get out of a hell they had no sense of control over. The story was always the same when the word was "dont make waves" or "I dont want to hear it!" But in the back of our mind was whats going to happen in a combat situation? Who can we trust or who do we turn to when your chain of command is broken and they just dont care? Its a shock to ones system as a kid to be thrown into a chaotic situation and the reality that your life is now in jeopardy as your own leadership could care less about you or your life as an individual as you signed that right away just to be left behind in some foreign country to die or be raped in your own bunk right here in the states! I know a lot of people wont believe this but I really dont care. I got out and went to college and made a good career and now retired but the memories will always be there of the reality of just how perversion and the sickness of covering ones own ass takes preference over a bad situation that is most certainly a shameful act for the Marines , or for any military service for that matter. I am ashamed of nothing.

I believe you this is documented history, I was trying to find a comment just like this because who did this happen to first ladies, the men that go to war to protect you(you're already typing, stop read the whole thing, I'm not saying this is okay, I'm saying if you didn't expect it going in man or woman, you're naive and didn't read any military history except the good stuff that was a cool story).
Men going in expecting they might get tried, not all but the ones that are going to their generally do all the research they should and know about this, they learn, read, hear from stories..except they aren't stories it's history..there is a long documented history of this. It's quite amazing to me this is shocking.
Equal rights equal treatment, if you didn't prepare for something like that where you are going to be in a situation that it could happen,. Welcome to equal rights, it'll be years before this happens to more women then men because you haven't gone to war since the beginning of time.(.easy Butch..always an exceptions you'll state it but you didn't serve and probably just don't like my factual comment). There are so many dudes that never say anything and some dudes say yeah it happen I hated they didn't do shit but I served my country, some self delete, some never tell a soul.
This was taught in history classes, in middle and high school in World History...I think the military is amazing. Just like any other large groups of humans they have cliques, sects, groups and clubs..some of those people in these big groups are a little twisted, like the thots that join for that..that happens too ladies, 100%. Who's kid is it..don't know have to test 10 guys who did that to her, forgot there's metadata and she set them all up(you know who you are).
It's never going to stop and no one wants to look bad. But this is in fact true history that men were subjected to this in war time far before women served in our modern militaries.

Unfortunately all politicians do this. They don’t want their name blemished and they rather cover it up then hold people accountable. Government has forgotten what integrity looks and feels like. People would respect them and institutions more if we did see accountability.

Obama and Biden had nothing to do with this. They weren't even in office when it happened. But don't let facts get in the way of your rant.

Personally understand these women. I also medically retired due to my constant stress of my fellow colleagues to be stronger than them. Have your career threatened by superiors if you say anything. You come to a breaking point. I don't care what sex you are. No one can work in this hostile environment and be okay. Even seeking physical help is considered death of your career.

I had an XO that was like that. Fortunately, the chiefs stood up for us and the CO generally saw past the BS.

This should be shown on every major network on television, especially those who only watch MSNBC and CNN!

Whoa… this is so bad, yet it continues decade after decade after decade. We hear all this horrendous activity that goes on in our military and yet nothing gets changed. Lots of talk, but no action.

Well it hasn't happened since 2006. The report was very clear that things happened between the 1980s and 2006.
