I remember this day when it snowed on the 8th of March. I actually took a video of that Class 68 in Winchester at 14:50 and I thought it was odd that it was only pulling one car.
Ah yes, the 68 was a very unexpected treat. It was pulling the one wagon, which is a nuclear wagon from Eastleigh after it was getting refurbished, and it was being taken up to Crewe. The reason they used the TPE 68 is because all 68s are owned by DRS (Direct Rail Services) who also own the wagons. Thanks for your comment (:
