Winding a cop for supported or drop spindles

This is how I wind my cop for supported or bottom whorl drop spindles. The same technique will work for a top whorl spindle too. Tension is key here folks. The more consistent your tension, the more stable the cop.

I could do this same thing on my walking wheel. Unwind it and rewind! Gotta try this.

Hi Sara, the second cop you show, is that on a Phang? I always wonder how far down a Phang to wind the cop.
