    Definitely worth the time. It’s great to watch content from a fellow vet. How many times a week do you workout? Those biceps are crazy massive!

    Love the stove-side chat! Brisket is a favorite!! Trolls seem to be everywhere right now, others have been posting and responding to them. Will never understand why people have to go on someone else's channel or account and bash - just keep scrolling if you don't agree with the content!

    This was funny, thanks. Also, I consume a lot of beef also. Wanted to ask if you think there would be adverse effects on one’s health to eat a lot of red meat? Many often say to lessen the beef and stick to more chicken/fish.

      Good question. I believe red meat, by itself is nutritious and healthy. I believe fish is very good for you too, but I don't eat it very often (just not a big fan). I like chicken (when done right), but it can't match the nutritional value of red meat. Red meat has been pretty good to me, but I think everyone is a little unique.
