Because that person is clearly not who she really is. Another big red flag is dragging herself for how she used to laugh as a guy, because at the end of the day not all men have deep voices and a lot of men laugh in high pitched way too nbd, so the fact that she kept doing a deep fake laugh as a guy trying to sound a particular way instead of just being herself means that the whole time she was a guy she was playing a role rather than being authentic, which is something she mentions herself in the very first video that she always felt inauthentic no matter how much she 'passed'. Those were all red flags that she's not actually trans and that she was trying to be something she's not rather than becoming her true self.
The changes in your voice are caused by a combination of factors: psychological (as mentioned by you in the video), but also physiological, because the loss of male-levels of testosterone cause a slight thinning of the vocal folds, which translates to an increase in the F0 baseline vibration frequency. This phenomenon also occurs in most genetic males past 70, btw, usually accompanied by a decrease in the actual muscle layer (ergo, presbyphonia). But I would say that the most impactful factors are psychological. You sound great in all your voices, so there’s nothing to worry about, imo. 👍🏻

As far as not looking like your pre-transition self, keep in mind that almost no one looks like they did at that age. Usually really young teens have a “baby face” my face has changed even in the last 5 years (20-25yrs).

Gender really is amazing F2M2F, M2F (me), etc. The subtle differences make the biggest differences. Looking at my past male videos I noticed how much my voice has changed. Even though you are detransitioning, this reminds me of looking back at my past vids lol.
You were hot as a man, but if you regret a lot of the features you got from that time you gotta know, there’s always things you can do. Facial feminization surgery or even just fillers, Im not saying you need those things but I get sad hearing you “will have to live” your whole life with the consequences... if you’re unhappy then just know there’s always solutions. If I were to put a wig and false eyelashes on my brother he could maybe pass. ... gender is not as much about bones as you would think. Or maybe we are both androgynous like tilda Swinton idk
