Thank you for your information. I’ve been considering this program over the past 2 weeks and no one has been able to summarize the benefits like you. Congrats on your success and God bless.
Hey, sorry for such a late comment. Do you know if Roth IRA/Traditional IRA balances count towards the minimum balance needed ($150000) to waive the monthly fees for having a chase private client checking account?
Emil, Yes you can get sapphire banking w/o getting CPC however when you switch to CPC if you have sufficient funds, they will upgrade your account to a sapphire bank account.
@@AaronDavisInc sir it is 2 different products , Chase Sapphire Banking is 75,000 or more deposits and investments Also Chase Private Client is 150,000 deposits and investments ; it is called market segmentation
@emil you are correct about the sapphire banking. I misspoke and thought my banker continued me in Sapphire banking once we going CPC. Thank you for this!
Great video. It’s June 2022, and I just spoke to a chase private client banker who let me know that as long as there’s 50k in my business account I’m good to go. Wondering if they lowered the entry point due to current financial situation
Nice video. I get most of these benefits by being a veteran client. Right now, I have the Sapphire Reserve with a healthy limit but for some reason I still want Private Client. I'd love the ability to obtain unlimited mortgages, as I dabble in real estate. Anyone in the comments have similar circumstances and see the value in CPC?
Do you think that opening a CPC account could increase your odds in receiving business credit from them, if you choose to start a business (i.e. real estate investing)?
Phillip that’s a good question. I personally have my business and personal through chase and so I do have business credit as well as personal credit. I would assume that the more relationship you have the more opportunity they can view you as a customer and want to extend business to….
Thank you for your detailed video. I'm thinking about switching to chase private client. But I want to know how safe it is now that you have one person with all of your info. I've heard stories about private bank advisors stealing money.
James, I’ve been very happy with them thus far, as I said I am only a couple weeks into the program, however I have been very pleased. In any effort my advisor does not make decisions on my behalf (such as signing checks or paying any bills). They only help resolve and provides any services I need or handle any issues I have. I am still very much in charge and have everything 100% controlled by me! Great question!
Chase Private Client Savings only pays 0.02% interest. They do not offer any kind of high yield savings. The Private Client Checking pays 0.01% interest. The only semi-competitive interest rate Chase offers as of March 2023 is a 6 month CD. It pays up to 4.5% APY, but that is for deposits over $100k.
@@Eddie312. I just looked on the official Chase Rate Sheet. A Chase Private Client Savings Account with the Relationship Rate is 0.02%. That rate is same even if you put $1million+ in the account. If you have a link to this high yield savings account that Chase supposedly offers, please post the link. I would like to read about it.
it used to be a good program but not the financial advisors aren't really helpful and they can burn you and your investment accounts. No matter how much you have, the service in private client advisors is poor now
Yea I never accept their investment advice as god. However what is nice is hearing their different plans and allocations and using that as a guide to form your own allocations in your personal accounts!!

Not a problem! Congratulations on the milestone!
I like how you answered the one question no one at chase could answer. Do funds in an IRA count toward waiving the fee.
👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽
What type of fees are waived when you an IRA and a CPC
Thanks for the inspiration. Been researching where i should do majority of my banking. so i want to consolidate all the accounts to fewer.

chase Private Client allows access to Airport lounge? No need to open a chase Sapphire Reserve Credit Card?
I already receive most of these benefits from Chase by me being a Veteran.
Thank you for your service
Sapphire Banking is separate to CPC Checking & CPC Savings

Yea they must have because I need to maintain $80k in mine to receive the benefits. Next time I visit a branch I will ask.

Hi Aaron - what kind of interest do they pay on a savings account? I'm assuming it's a high yield rate, yes?
I’m actually not sure. I do not have any savings account with them, however I don’t believe it would be over 1% maybe around .4/.5%

I bank with Chase and that is my goal.

Would you be able to elaborate on what’s terrible about jpmorgans’ investment advice?
