Well I drove up to Reno to drop off the batteries I forgot my phone. The front customer entrance store was locked I pushed the button the lady just looked at me but wouldn't open the door. Went around to this side employ entrance they just stared at me through the window so I threw the batteries down by their back door. I find this rather mind-boggling even after I paid for the stuff online and tried to go pick it up it was a hassle getting into the business to complete the transaction and receive the product I purchased. Seems like all the employees at the new battleborn facility just want to hide in the building and not deal with the customers that pay their wages. I'm extremely upset not just with the defective battery but the s***** way it's going trying to return these and get a warranty claim to happen. I will never again by anything from battleborn. Their battery heating system for being able to connect batteries in series does not work The heaters either don't come on together or something's wrong because one of the batteries after three charge cycles will be at close to 20% of charge in the other one is cutting out at 16 volts f****** junk
It's been 5 months now and battleborn has not shipped my batteries back to me nor have they given me a refund. Pathetic lit looks like I'm going to have to take them two small claims court. $1,400 and all I got to show for it is a stupid hat with their logo on it.
