Nice little build, just to let you know there is an awesome mod that fixes the balcony so you can build on it and it adds an upstairs loft for a bedroom. Really nice and it makes the price tag more worth it too.
Yeah. A separate bedroom and preferably somewhere to squeeze workbenches in without them being out of place would be nice. I'm assuming the price is down to Bayu fleecing anyone he can!
The New Atlantis penthouse is free if you complete the Vanguard quests so that one is probably the best value lol. Or possibly the Dream Home as that's free with a perk choice. As far as I know none of them have working kitchens or showers though.
I'm hoping a mod will add fast travel to homes. At present there isn't much reason to use homes and they take too long to get to. living on your ship is much easier.
My main disappointment’s with ⭐️ starfeild are numerous and opinionated. But just to sample a few,,, I’ll list a couple here,, #1) gripe .. items of any value are sold to vendors or dealers or other buyers at less than 10% of their actual value 😡🤬😡, and if you wish to reaquire them at a later date ,, can cost you upwards of 150% in sells markups.. thusly causing you to hourd all kinds of crap , that you don’t need at the moment. Because repurchases of said items are going to cost you both arms and legs to get back again.. #2).. So freaking many game killing bugs and glitches… 😡🤬🤬🤬😡.. so far,, I’ve had to wipe my X-Box X/S harddrive x9 times now to kill annoying glitches and in game bugs .. totally not cool ..!!! , thirdly,, #3).. cookie cutter style enemy’s and bases .. kill the first one as a nube ,,, then the rest is just rinse and repeats over and over and over again…. And lastly,, Inability to place anything anywhere’s correctly…. So freaking frustrating!! 😤🤬🤬😡🤬😤. And as a sidebar notation,, try this,, win the penthouse in new Atlantis ,, walk in the font door and stop 🛑,, count how many steps it takes to get to the end of the wall on your right… memorize it ,, now facing main hall way on your right,, count down how many steps it takes to get to the back bedroom hallway.. now turn right down the smaller hallway,, to you right is a door with a very small laundry room..and going back into the hallway to your right is the guest room bedroom ( I’m using it for something else)..repeating the area check along the walls versus the laundry room and stated outter hallway dimensions,,, you’ll discover that approximately a 25 foot by 25 foot room is missing out by the entrance way into the penthouse lobby entrance into your house. Weather or not that this was intended or not is kinda creepy!! To add to the creepyness ,, notice that the outside hallway servalence ball ⚽️ camera 📷 only watches you personally as you enter and leave your new residence… Spooky 👻 right??😊

That's cool. I'm waiting for mods to land on Xbox before I jump into them though. I want to make sure anything I use is available to everyone.

It is rather tiny. There's a mod out now that completely changes the space. I've not looked at it closely but it does look like a promising upgrade.
