Hey, the answer to this question is really long, I will explain it as simple as I can: - The record scores got better because you can replay the round with the same condition. For that reason we differentiate between a "set seed" and a "random seed". - On a random seed it would be harder to get the same scores as in WSR, because the ball physics and tree hitboxes do not allow eagles as much as in WSR. - Chip ins are easier imo with these physics (especially wedge shots). Also the motion control overall feels good and it is easier to get the correct power, - except for putting. Putting feels awful and has even some glitches.

That's incredible! I played an online game of knockout golf with you the other day and got absolutely destroyed. What do you mean when you say you put a yam vertically in the middle of your screen? Is that for putting?
a YARN. It helps to aim the shots, but it is not helpful for putting. For the tee shots it is difficult to always aim at the same spot, because the minimap is too small and inaccurate. With a thread or yarn on my screen it was easier to aim my tee shots when necessary.
@@PingsGolf You put it on your screen so you have a thin line exactly in the middle. That means you can always see where you are aiming at. It is useful to avoid trees and even to create some lineups.

For me personally I think it is easier on NSS. Also chip ins are easier to get. But I liked WSR for being difficult. It needs to be mentioned that putting control on NSS is trash and the worst thing in this game.
@@alnik001 Ain't that the truth. Putting control on NSS is truly awful. I found that my accuracy improved when I undershot my test swings with the putter. Undershoot by 80% with the putter and the final swing will adjust. It's annoying what the game does to compensate. I've crawled up to S +2 (briefly to +3) with this in mind but then I play against S+(infinity) opponents and I'm at a loss. There are more secrets to discover.
@@StoneUSA as an infinity ranked player, there is an exponential curve in rank the higher you get. I had about 25 hours in the game when I hit S1, and it took 300+ to hit infinity

Yea I did a -34 offline before with this seed but restarted as soon as the ball went in the hole so I can continue the grind.

Always restarting wont make it difficult. Play with the same conditions until you make it
