Full-Body Stretch For BMX, Part 1/3

- I've been asked to do a full-body stretch video, so here you go.
And to not make it too long, I split it into three parts and made each stretch hold last for a slow count to ten.
However, I usually hold stretches for 60 seconds (30 or 45 seconds if I find it challenging or I'm sore).
But keeping it simple and counting to 10 is also a fantastic approach.
I keep telling myself to stretch more because I know how much more it'll benefit me.
Anyway, I try to do a full-body stretch once a week, but sometimes, I split it into multiple parts across the entire week.

I hope you enjoy this simple stretch routine - and try to incorporate it between your workouts and BMX sessions as often as possible.
