Side raises: 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 reps (04:19)
30 second rest between core sets.
Biceps:
Half-rep curls: 8, 10, 12 reps (08:15)

working on putting on some extra load. my range of motion improved quite significantly. i needed two yoga blocks not long ago, now i'm at one, maybe one day i go all the way to the floor :)
