Really practical food. Can whip it up in about 15-20 mins including prep time. It is nutritious and has a godly taste. Can't go wrong with this recipe.
Also i wonder if it makes a difference to use minced meat as opposed to ground beef. Barely any difference between the two but i just wanted to be sure. What do you think?

Whenever i cook ground beef, i add 1/4 cup of water while cooking it, then drain off the juices, returning the beef to the pan to continue with whatever recipe i am doing. Its amazing how much fat we’d otherwise consume. Do you ever drain off the fat. I do this even with extra lean ground beef.

2:00 & 2:35 -- as a lazy bastard, I'd suggest taking these shots (N tomatoes, M eggs) once and then just splicing them in for the rest of time.
