Wasn't too long ago but night maps or old house
I miss other people not knowing maps like I did. Easy pickings when I peek out of an angle with a 99 damage cav pistol. I put in lots of hours EARLY game. Now I'm older and just don't play 100 hours a month like I used to

You can play old builds with steam console google how to do that It’s just downgrading the version and playing on a virtual LAN I did it for a bunch of seasons, even vanilla lol p.s it saves the version you download in a different folder so you still have the current version, I had three or four versions of siege on my computer at one time, but be aware that takes up a lot of gigs💀
Even outbreak still works💀 if for some reason, blood orca is really fun
100% of the content creators are turning a blind eye to old Siege versions. It's cringe, sad, and depressing given how fun it is and how much content can be made off of that.
It's been a couple of years now since modders got their hands on downloading old seasons.
But still not a single TH-cam/ Twitch series from any creators.

Bro you were only meant to use Frost, Buck, Valkyrie, Blackbeard, Caveira, Capitão, Hibana and Echo their the year one operators not the ones who came with the game for people who are new to this game I got siege for Christmas in 2015 and the year one operators didn’t come out until like march 2016 🤣🤣

You know there is a mod for Siege which allows you to actually Play year 1 Siege
It's finally so relieving to see someone else that plays siege that actually knows that mute isn't really good and everyone will hate me for this but mute is my bottom 5 defenders. He's just not good. Brava and Twitch can counter his jammers and that's really stupid knowing that the jammers are SUPPOSED to jam Brava and Twitch drones. Sure normal drones are countered, but as soon as I see static im 100% going around the jammer through another way. Anyway, I don't know why i wrote this much, all im saying mute is bad. @@pieceofvermin Thunderbird and clash are normal, but cav and doc? Cav is only bad if you don't have enough skill but doc? Doc is prob the best defender today. Edit: Maybe not the best but def top 5

You can probably install whatever update was out back then, no pvp, but you'll have T Hunt. Used to do it on single player games like minecraft to experience the snapshots/alpha/beta/ and better updates

I started Playing Siege at the start of Year 6 (Crimson Heist) wish I started playing when Siege first came out so I could experience the earlier years of Siege
I really don't see the reason why they won't do an og mode like an actual one this time, night maps, og ops, acog on operators they used to have, how ops used to be before changes, maps before rework, no map ban no pick and ban, etc.
It's ubi tho so it's not happening.

I'd prefer it if the whole game would just incrementally move back to some of the old design philosophies. The map reworks are built on the wrong premise that there shouldn't be any bottlenecks in a map, that a map should be flowing constantly. This leads to uncanny places with weirdly broad corridors that feel like bunker mazes. And of course the lighting was way more beautiful in old Siege.

@@AthienoR6 no you dont get banned for it, its just a gme emulator where you have to have an actual copy of r6 on steam to play older vfersions, so there is no reason for them to ban you for that

Hibana with the old bearing-9 low recoil + claymore was so strong back then that Ubisoft took that secondary gadget away and nerfed that gun. Pro league teams abused her old gadget to burn all the old Jager ADSs. How can you say no to Hibana when level 3 speed + ACOG operators were so popular back then?
