I've there last September, same route bukidnoon going to davao try seafood food very cheap and affordable like tuna so cheap in davao not in other island. Must try tuna grill restaurant
You eat strawberry jam with pandesal, it can also be eaten with skyflakes biscuits.
Guys next time try to go to ilocos.. there is so many good places and ambience to see.. and more souvenirs too.. especially vigan city.. at ilocos norte.. keep safe always guys.. and god bless..😊😊

Good thing you found the strawberries in Bukidnon. Thanks for featuring it. However, I believe you encountered strawberries of Kitaotao which the Matigsalug Tribe has been cultivating. Theyre sour at first bite then gradually becomes so sweet after. Very interesting flavor profile. You should also try the hairy strawberry at Dalwangan, Malaybalay - theyre very sweet. Although theyre kinda rare this time of year.

From your location where you bought the strawberries you will find the fruit vendors after 1.5hrs beside the highway near davao checkpoint.
Go to Baguio next time. That’s where you can find good quality and sweet strawberries

strawberries from that region in Mindanao where they bought it had no chemical and grown on small farms unlike Baguio that's lots of pesticides and chemicals,

Kidapawan city prides itself as the fruit basket of the Philippines. Exotic fruits like durian, mangosteen, lanzones, marang, rambutan, banana, and the like are grown and harvested in abundance from the rolling highlands of Mt.Apo..
There are strawberry seedlings sell in some areas here in Mindanao though in same variety but different taste due to climate in particular areas, for example here in Surigao, we bought some strawberry seedling during cold season so that the fruit will be a little bigger and red in color and more sweet tham sour, while those strawberry grow in summer are yellowish and sour.
We bought strawberry seedlings for 150 each, but there is no strawberry farm here in my place instead we grow it individually or just in our backyard.

Bukidnon is really good for fresh produce. I love Bukidnon's camote, is so sweet especially the purple camote. They also have freshest lettuce, broccoli etc.

I'll go to Bukidnon in June. I'll see the beautiful mountains again and will be able to eat the very sweet pineapples. Del Monte plantation is in Bukidnon. There is a school on top of the mountain and the view their is very nice. The school is so wide 1,024 hectares which includes farmlands, forests, and ranch lands. They even have a waterfall.

Baguio, in Benguet province is the strawberry capital of the Philippines. But don't got there just yet, they have a gastro intestinal outbreak. Enjoy the Mindanao Island, it is mostly untouched because people just go to Luzon and Visayas!

Go to Baguio City then proceed to the nearby town of La Trinidad (the capital of Benguet Province). There you can visit the famous Strawberry Farm where strawberries are cultivated from the ground and not from pots. You can experience picking the strawberries yourself then pay later.

If youre looking for a fruit stand in Davao and looking for a particular fruit like the durian, go to magsaysay park, pick the type of Durian that has no strong smell and sweet ask for the vendor's assistance, there's also the bitter type durian if you'll are in to that kind of variant. Aside from Durian, they also sell other kinds of fruits marang, mangosteen etc. And the fruits here in Davao are cheaper btw.

I’m suggest to you to visit also Surigao del Norte and I will guide you where is the nice place here in Surigao as a tourist spot. Like in Siargao, Dinagat, Mabua pebble beach ets. Bcuz Surigao is an Adventure Island in Mindanao.
I hope you can come back soon in malaybalay city bukidnon and visit many tourists spots like in malinao eco park , can ayan view deck, kaamulan capitol ground and zoo , pacitas place and gabbit house

When you visit Baguio, Benguet, and the rest of the towns farther up north in the mountainous regions of Luzon, then you'll get to see lots off strawberries & jams in the market and souvenir shops. There are popular strawberry fields & greenhouses there and you get to pay to pick your strawberries. Strawberries there are so much bigger & sweeter than what you've bought in this video that were just grown in pots?
