I really think they need a top rider. Maverick is good, but just way too inconsistent. Aleix doesn't have the temperament and isn't just a world championship rider. Maybe Quartararo or Martin will move there in 2025

In my opinion,Aprilia(factory team)made a massive step-up from 2022;but they lost too many points in the first half of the year through bad luck(especially Vinales)and rider error. So without that,it would've been a possible P3 for them in the teams' standings

I guess Aprilia’s mindset also need to change. After mid season their Technical Director was assured of the bike performance, that he said they do not need someone like MM93 or FQ20 to ride its bike to win podiums. Which offcourse is true. But you do need riders like MM & FQ if you want to win’s Championship. Nowadays Rookie riding a Ducati can be on podium. The ultimate aim should be championship and not just 1-2 races.

They could promote Augusto or Miquel. They may have only got a quarter of the points compared to the captain and don't know how to develop a bike but I'm sure they'd be great 😅
