Hotpot looks fun..especially that you ordered so many items and were confused about some of them..I would have done the same as I'm curious to try everything 😅..but honestly the hotpot cookbangs you do at home are the best ❤
Always check for by-products of beef or pork (or any kind of meat for that matter if you're vegan/vegetarian) in the soup broth or the soup base. 90% of the time they will use some kind of meat or meat fat to flavour the broth or base. Secondly, the foods that look like they can be eaten without cooking them in the broth are actually just semi-cooked, they are supposed to finish cooking in the boiling broth. Many places have written instructions on how long to cook each food item. If it's not written, please double check with the staff before eating it raw or half-cooked. There are fried food items to snack on while waiting for the food to cook. I have watched wayyy too many hotpot and kbbq videos to know these details.

Gonna share so unique maggi recipe with you it's so delicious try it u will love it ...... First u have to take coriander and 2&3 cloves garlic and cut it put it on blender and make a paste .... Take a pan Put the 1 tsp of oil Add the chopped garlic and onion saute them Pour the coriander & garlic paste in it and stir it ....add the white cream or malai u have ....add some salt ....red pepper....and stir it ..... On another pan add some water Boil the maggi with masala as it normal process No water remain in the maggi Now add the maggi into the coriander gravy .....and mix it well Serve it on plate Add some chilli flakes on top......

Put the 1 tsp of oil
Add the chopped garlic and onion saute them
Pour the coriander & garlic paste in it and stir it ....add the white cream or malai u have ....add some salt ....red pepper....and stir it .....

No water remain in the maggi
